Lovely property and quiet location, close to all amenities ,was let down by cobwebs around corners of floors especially in the bathroom ,other than that it was lovely

Unfortunately as the property backs onto beautiful open fields we do attract wildlife! so a few cobwebs are likely to appear if your stay is for a week or more, I assure you that all cobwebs are removed by the cleaner before arrival of Guests and I do myself when possible try to attend the property the day before arrival of Guests in case any have sneaked in! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

  • "The lounge would have benefited from a coffee table and the lack of a dining table was disappointing as it was not ideal to eat in the kitchen."

Thank you for your feedback, there are actually 3 small coffee tables in the lounge which can be moved to where you require them. There is no actual dining table within the property as it would infringe on the living space, however there is the breakfast bar in the kitchen and when the weather is suitable there is a large outdoor table and chairs on the patio. • "Bungalow was clean and comfortable, the only disappointment was that the lounge gas fire was not working all week and had to use electric heater, as back up heat."

Owner was notified about this problem but was not fixed.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we were unable to arrange for a gas safe engineer to attend the property when you were there, however they did attend after you had left and found no problem and the fire worked perfectly. I find it hard to believe you needed the electric heater to keep warm especially when you had the central heating on continuous and set at 30 degrees! but at least is was there for your use. • "We spent the first week of September in this beautiful property in picturesque Dengawy."

The bungalow has recently been refurbished to a high standard and was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, the bathroom has an excellent walk-in shower and there is a large television in the spacious lounge. It was a pleasure to sit in the sunshine in the back garden, enjoying the distant views of the bay. Behind the garden there is a field and a golf course, so the location is quiet. The centre of Llandudno and Conwy are a short drive away and in about half an hour you can reach Betwys-Y-Coed, Bangor, Anglesey, the Snowdonia National Park and many other places worth a visit. It was reassuring to be phoned by the owner as soon as we had made the booking so that she could tell us about all the anti-Covid measures she had put in place in her property and to give us the opportunity to ask any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
