We’re just disappointed that it ‘s not available next year.
With amazing sea view, 15 minute walk to the pier. Would love to return.
“Really enjoyed location on the quieter side of llandudno.”
The weather was superb on our visit and walked from house on a couple of occasions.Great base to explore the area. .The view from balcony and sunsets.
“Great house could not fault anything even the rain couldn't spoil it”
“A beautiful apartment with great facilities and the best of views.”
There were three generations of our family, and two dogs, on this holiday and the layout of the apartment worked out brilliantly for us all. A great time was had by all. Thanks.
“The house has a fantastic location and is superbly equipped.”
It serves as an excellent base for a holiday in the Llandudno/ Conwy area.
“Owners have thought of everything”
Excellent holiday accommodation. The location is perfect. Away from the crowds but only a 10 minute walk away from restaurants and shops and pubs. Easy parking. Fantastic views from lounge, sunsets were amazing. Good quality bedding and towels. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Spotlessly clean. Just can’t fault the house at all.
“This property was equipped with everything, tea towels, cloths, towels, pots and pans.”
The little touches of tea, coffees and biscuits was lovely. The house is beautiful the view is even more so. The owner was very helpful. I bet it’s even better in the summer. I would definitely recommend this property, one of the best we have stayed in.
“Beach View House with Good Facilities”
This place is exactly as described - beach front & overlooking the sandy West Shore of Llandudno. It has parking & a nice back garden. It is well equipped with plenty of glasses, cutlery etc. It was nice to have things like dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls & soap provided. All bedrooms are nice with double beds and 2 have adjoining shower rooms (1 is next to bathroom). Lots of fluffy towels were provided, water was hot & heating fully controllable. Big walk-in closets in the bedrooms are good but I would have appreciated larger drawers in bedroom 2 as they only fit about 3 t-shirts in each drawer. Great to find a nice place that's comfortable & pet friendly. The owners were really helpful (had to ring as wifi switched off when we arrived). We had some ongoing issues with the TV (kept losing the signal) but eventually found moving the aerial cable cured the signal problems. Minor suggestion for improvement - a coat stand downstairs and a shoe stand (in place of the decorative unit) would have been great so we didn't have to hang wet coats on the painted bannister. We like Llandudno & the West Shore is so nice with easy access to walks around the Great Orme, Deganwy & Conwy. The town centre is only 15 minutes easy stroll away. The no.12 bus stops almost right outside. I would recommend this place.
“Fantastic accommodation great location only 10 mins walk to the town.”
Great views over the bay even though weather wasn't too good fascinated watching Kite surfers from the front room. Highly recommendable and would look to re book for next year
“Perfect house, perfect location.”
Third floor living room with beautiful views of the sea, Snowdonia, and the Great Orme. Very liveable house design and layout, well thought out and easy, and the owner has provided everything you could possibly need and more, great attention to detail. Quiet location directly opposite a large boating pool and the beach, large convenience store 3 minutes away, also a pub and cafe. 5 minute drive/15 minute walk to Llandudno town centre and all amenities. Faultless.
“Lovely pet friendly home with great views of the West Beach.”
Well equipped & quality bedding & towels provided.
“Fabulous accommodation in brilliant location.”
Had a problem with the electric sockets whilst there which was sorted by the owners the next day.
“First Rate Accommodation.”
Have had the pleasure of staying here for the first week in June. This 3 storey house with the lounge and kitchen at the top, is of the highest quality in terms of decoration and equipment. The 3 double bedrooms are spacious and equally well decorated. Two have there own on-suites whilst the third has the main bathroom next door. Whilst I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone. The stairs could be a problem for the older person. If you can live with those, you won't be disappointed if you rented this house.
“Exceptional property, everything you need is provided, home from home.”
Fantastic views from balcony of Anglesey and the Great Orme from the kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
“Great accommodation, stunning views will be going again.”

About the location
Conwy 4 miles.
Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
