Gather your loved ones at the table for five or make your way outside for alfresco dining in the rear, multi-level garden with decking, outdoor seating, and a barbecue, whilst kids and dogs have space to play on the lawn.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with premium bamboo mattress protectors; a king-size, twin, and single, all serviced by a contemporary bathroom with a large walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.

Llanfairfechan is a popular base for holidaymakers where you can dine at the Split Willow, Riverside Cafe, Seagrass and Beach Pavillion on the beachfront, while the Nisa Local and Co-op provides all the essentials.

Llanfairfechan is a picturesque, pebble beach to stroll along with your dog, whilst Llanfairfechan Golf Club and Glan Y Mor Elias nature reserve are both close by.

For outdoor adventures, head into Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, a haven for walkers, cyclists, and families alike, where Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, Aber Falls, and scenic hikes up Carnedd Llewelyn and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) Peak all await.

Further along the coast you'll find the cathedral city of Bangor to explore the National Trust's Penrhyn Castle & Garden, the royal town of Caernarfon with its Roman Fort remains and majestic Castle Walls, and the market town of Conwy, home to the 13th-century Conwy Castle.
