On the ground floor, you can relax in the sitting room after the day's adventures, with an Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and three sofas, all by the warmth of the open fire.

The snug is just next door for some peace and quiet, whether that's reading a good book or setting up your laptop on the desk.

Completing the ground floor is a kitchen/diner equipped with essential amenities for cooking at home, along with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher for added ease.

Gather your loved ones at the table for five or make your way outside for alfresco dining in the rear, multi-level garden with decking, outdoor seating, and a barbecue, whilst kids and dogs have space to play on the lawn.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with premium bamboo mattress protectors; a king-size, twin, and single, all serviced by a contemporary bathroom with a large walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.

Llanfairfechan is a popular base for holidaymakers where you can dine at the Split Willow, Riverside Cafe, Seagrass and Beach Pavillion on the beachfront, while the Nisa Local and Co-op provides all the essentials.

Llanfairfechan is a picturesque, pebble beach to stroll along with your dog, whilst Llanfairfechan Golf Club and Glan Y Mor Elias nature reserve are both close by.

For outdoor adventures, head into Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, a haven for walkers, cyclists, and families alike, where Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, Aber Falls, and scenic hikes up Carnedd Llewelyn and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) Peak all await.

Further along the coast you'll find the cathedral city of Bangor to explore the National Trust's Penrhyn Castle & Garden, the royal town of Caernarfon with its Roman Fort remains and majestic Castle Walls, and the market town of Conwy, home to the 13th-century Conwy Castle.
