Perfect location just off the A55 highway and on the sea front, where there is direct access to the beach and coastal walks. Nice coffee shop / bistro next door and se eral shops in the village.

Always at hand , living next door. A couple of minor problems were put right immediately .Flat was exceptional clean and everything you needed . The position of the flat being next door to the fabulous Seagrass cafe/Bistro is a big plus, also opposite the sea and Beach cafe ,with the goings on at the yacht club next door..watching the boats. great break and definately be going back soon.

  • "A really lovely holiday property."

The accommodation is very spacious with panoramic sea views from the front and little side balcony. We had glorious sunsets every night of our stay, quiet evening walks along the beach and easy accessibility to everywhere we wanted to visit during the day. Llanfairfechan is a real gem, quite idyllic. The apartment is spotless, excellently equipped, and with thoughtful arrival gifts that were so very much appreciated after a long drive (thank you for these). The Seagrass Bistro is right next door, serving a particularly good fish and chips. All in all, a wonderful place to be. We'd definitely return.

Jean has gone over and above to provide everything one could need for a fabulous holiday. The location is a dream and the ever changing views kept us sitting in the window far longer than we should have. Jean is a mine of information and she really helped us to get the most from our stay. We enjoued it so much we will be back - very rare that we visit the same place twice so maybe that tells you how good we thought it was.

As a couple we would probably have been more suited to the next door smaller flat. The flat and the property itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen was perfect as was the bathroom, with plenty of towels. The utility/drying room was great for putting luggage/boots/shoes and coats neatly away instead of cluttering up the living areas. Overall, we were very impressed with the property and the lovely seafront location.
