Each of the rooms is simplistic but stylish, allowing you to rest in neutral settings with the marvellous countryside sunset just outside of your window; there’s no better background to fall asleep to.
On the first floor you can also find a shared family bathroom, home to a glorious bath with a hand-held shower, take the opportunity to unwind in a warm bath with a glass of bubbly when your tiresome day draws to a close, and to avoid any last minute morning rush, the cottage also offers a wet room boasting a mosaic styled flooring and contemporary fixtures, you’ll be spoilt for choice!
Moving back downstairs you will come across a modest sitting room, with ample seating for all and not forgetting an electric recliner sofa and a warming woodburning stove, this room is the ideal place to take a break and appreciate each other’s company over a family-fun game or relaxing in front of the television with one of the many books on the bookshelves.
The kitchen is a lovely spot to enjoy any home-cooked meal you fancy, fit with a wooden dining table and all the equipment you could need to rustle up any meal, the kitchen truly is the hub of the house with a stable door looking out to the garden.
Head to the back garden to enjoy an hour or two of sun-soaking where the dogs can roam around freely, with the countryside in view from any spot you sit in, it offers a lovely place to enjoy a picnic or an afternoon of games with the little ones.
The local area is rural and tranquil, a great spot to enjoy walking, cycling, and of course nature spotting.
