  • "There was a few things lacking ."

Maybe add a pan and brush and a decent sharp knife . The chair by the back door did limit access . The lack of even basic bits . More loo roll and a small washing liquid wouldn't have gone a miss . The addition of a washing machine could be added . That said it was a clean and spacious cottage . Off the beaten track and very quiet . Perfect to just kick back and relax

  • "We were very welcomed on arrival by the owner who was very helpful."

Cottage very nicely decorated and clean. Great location for walks, unfortunately weather not great for us to do this but maybe next time. Overall excellent little break.

  • "Hendre aled cottage 2 is stunning."

The photos don’t do it justice. There’s lots of space inside and outside the cottage. Very clean and easy to keep clean. We loved our stay here.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sykes cottages."

The weather was gorgeous and the play area was fully explored by the children. It would have been good if the nettles had been strimmed and the grass as recent rain got shoes and socks very wet. Some lovely resorts within driving distance and some good pubs with excellent food and facilities for children. A really enjoyable holiday.
