We were warned about the stairs needing care when accessing but didn’t expect them to be quite as uneven. The outdoor area was good and the scenery was beautiful, lovely walks on the doorstep. We did have a couple of issues with breakages on check in but these were quickly resolved. As my old teacher used to say “good try but could do better”.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Your comments are very important to us. We do adhere to the Covid 19 guidelines that are published on the website and we will ensure that the cleaning team are made aware of your feedback. We were made aware that the button on the kettle wasn't working and this was replaced instantly for you. There were no other breakages at the property.
Unfortunately we do advise that only small or medium sized dogs are welcome at the property. We were aware that your dog was a St Bernard which is much bigger and did cause significant extra cleaning costs due the dog hair we found at the property after your departure and a delay to the next Customers who were checking in.
