The house was immaculate with a cosy cottage feeling, beautiful bird-filled garden and warm log burner. Plenty of books and games for poor weather days, very handy for the beaches and nature reserve, perfect for dog walks. Close to Llandudno for enjoyable visits to shops and cafes with a warm welcome package from the owners. Definitely planning a return break!

This is an ideal location for visiting all along the north wales coast, we were very pleasantly surprised at how many lovely beaches there are within a short drive. Also great to have a shop and takeaway one minute away. We very much appreciated the little goodies and flowers. The owners were very welcoming, and we can definitely recommend this house. • "Excellent holiday accommodation for a couple with young family or a retired couple like us and it's dog-friendly too."

The house is on a quiet estate and makes a good base for exploring the local area ,with the A55 coast road only a few minutes away. There is a convenience store within a 2 minute walk and a small dog-walking area 50 yards away. The house was spotless and much thought given by the owners as to what a visitor might need so plenty of kitchen utensils, sharp knives, pans with non-stick coating intact, plenty of wood for the wood burner and garden which is well landscaped and planted. These things may seem obvious but we have stayed in many holiday lets and are surprised how often these basics are missing, too many places say they are dog-friendly but this seems to extend only to tolerating dogs and adding extra money to the rent. A garden should not be paved or gravelled over, I know this is extra maintenance but, as with Yr Hafan, the difference is noticeable and very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

  • "The house was lovely and the owners have thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay."

The human and dog treats were much appreciated & there was even a towel to dry off a wet dog. Fortunately we didn’t need that as the weather was beautiful! The A55 is close to the property although you can’t hear any traffic noise. There’s a sea view from the bedroom window and the garden is beautiful with several seating areas. The only tiny ‘problem’ is the driveway entrance is quite narrow so if you’ve got a big car you might struggle. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the property.

Extras were there for us and our little dog , much appreciated. Everything needed is in the kitchen. The house is very clean and the bed was comfortable. There's also a single bedroom. We liked the little quirky decor touches around the house. The garden is beautiful, different areas to sit if you wish. We were very happy with everything and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area .
