Lovely cosy cottage with excellent facilities - our son enjoyed the play room especially! In a great location for exploring North Wales - we visited chirk castle, welsh mountain zoo and colwyn bay, Llandudno, conwy - all within an easy 40/50 min drive as well as the towns of Ruthin and mold both just on the door step. We cooked in the cottage a few nights - which has everything you need and a handy shop next door! Had a takeaway from just eat one night and ate out twice - once at the local pub a short walk away which was lovely and went to the fantastic dinorben arms in bodfari which has amazing views and lovely food! We stayed with our 3 year old and 3 month old and both had a great time - there is a garden and enclosed patio area but we didn’t use these as we were out and about every day - I think if the children were to play outside I would feel happier if there was a gate as the road is quite busy - not a negative just a suggestion! Overall we had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend and will hopefully be going back soon!
