We had no issues at all with the property. All went smoothly as we knew it would. The owner had given us a contact number if there were any difficulties.

"The cottage was well furnished, well decorated and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment, if you just wanted a snack or cook a meal."
The back garden was well laid out with sitting out facilities. The road was a little busy during the day but went quiet after about 6pm. There was a good beach close by with plenty of space, ideal for the children to play. The pub was just down the road and offered lunch and evening meals. The cottage was also well placed to go and see the many attractions in the area. Overall it is one of the best holiday homes we have visited.

Set in an ideal location in Snowdonia with easy access to all the local amenities, including Black Rock beach, Porthmadog, Criccieth, Portmerion, Bedgelert and the gorgeous Festiniog steam railway. This helped make the perfect holiday for the 3 adults and 2 young children (8 &7) staying there. Without doubt can highly commend this 5 star accommodation.

"We loved the location of the bungalow and its proximity to the beach."
Within the couple of minutes you can take a stroll along the white sands or have a quick dip in the sea! We also loved the fact that after a long day walking in Snowdonia, you can then head back to all the lovely comfortable features of a real home. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place. It's quiet and the neighbours are lovely and friendly. If you don't have a car, you can hop on public transport to anywhere in the area and they will even drop you back at the end of the road! It's a 100% recommendation from us.

The private garden is a bonus. 5 minute walk to the beach or local convenience store, 3 minutes to the local pub. The beach is clean and spacious.

"Perfect! Absolutely perfect."
This stunning bungalow is set in the beautiful village of Morfa Bychan, and guests are both a stone's throw away from both the beach and in easy access of the mountains of Snowdonia. Upon my arrival, I found the property was spotlessly clean and most comfortable. The back garden is well presented and very spacious. The owners have clearly take a lot of time and effort in making sure that this bungalow enriches the experience of their guests' holidays. I can thoroughly recommend this holiday let and would like to personally thank the owners for the opportunity to stay there. Having already booked up, I am already looking forward to my next vacation spent at 31 Beach road! Thank you!

"All in all it's a brilliant place 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super equipped, comfy, clean, great location, good neighbours, great little garden, plenty of parking, walking distance to the amazing beach, shop, chippy & restaurant/bar."
FABULOUS!!!! Only 2 little grumps .... (otherwise it would have been 11/10). The hot water system is a little bit noisy - we got used to it though. Like all of the furniture in the bungalow the bed frame in the main bedroom is fabulous quality solid oak, but the TV/drawer unit at the end of the bed is a bit too close and knocks are inevitable when passing between the two. We could have moved the unit but were concerned about leaving marks on the lovely thick carpet. :-) Not issues that will prevent us from returning and recommending. Hope to be back next year.
