  • "Wow, what can I say!"

The property was fabulous and had everything we needed and more! The position was perfect, so close to the beach and in a very quiet area. The beds were very comfy, so comfy we didn't want to get up!! Linen was lovely and clean and the towels were very soft and large enough for my husband!! We definitely return to your beautiful property. Thank you.

Thank you for your fabulous feedback! Property Owner

Have stayed in several lettings in Porthmadog over the years, this was by far the best. Have already booked to stay here next year. Would highly recommend this.

Spotlessly clean and welcoming.Weather was really bad so couldn't take advantage of the large garden with its lovely rattan suit and fire bucket.A Big 10/10 from us

  • "My family had a great stay in this lovely spacious bungalow."

The kitchen was very well stocked equipment-wise with tons of dishes for the dishwasher, (although still no chopping board for our chef, which I think was mentioned by somebody else, and also bring your own whisk if you use one, but everything else you can think of was there!). The running issue with the bath plug is still a problem, which I think could be solved by just going back to using a conventional plug, and there were one or two other very minor things that we reported to the cleaners. But on the whole this was a very comfortable, well kitted-out holiday bungalow in a lovely area close to the beach and shop and we all enjoyed staying there immensely. I would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for your comments and positive feedback. I am happy to say all issues have been resolved and we hope they didn’t inconvenience you too much, thank you for your patience. Property Owner

Had a lovely stay for the week , would say that your missing a chopping board though for reference and there was a little bit of mould in the en suite shower , apart from that was a great stay and would recommend to others and come again , great place , great location and right by the beach

  • "A lovely home with modern appliances and fittings, 10 minute walk from the beach."

Didn't expect to have a big gas barbecue which was brilliant (even though we had to give it a good clean because the last person to use it left it thick with grease) and beach toys for the kids to use. Only 2 small issues and I'm nitpicking, is could do with renewing the pillows and a bit of mould in the shower cubicle and bathroom ceiling and the bath panel needs sorting out. But generally all very good and we would go back again.

  • "Lovely comfy beds- Teenagers didn't want to get up!"

Great to have proper bath sheet size towels. The neighbourhood was REALLY quiet and relaxed. So nice when you are close to the beach! Some of the sheets were marked and although we knew they were clean this was a bit disappointing. Also the bunk beds didn't have mattress covers on. I would have thought that was essential for children's beds. Hopefully the restaurants in Porthmadog will open up a bit more as restrictions ease but is was hard to find somewhere to eat out in the evening. We had a problem with the plug in the main bathroom and couldn't drain the bath. The handyman came next day but couldn't fix it. So we were without a shower for the children. The owner was very good with his communication throughout. We presume it would be fixed before the next family arrived!

  • "Lovely bungalow but absolutely frreezing cold when we arrived and took quite a while before electric heaters made it feel warm."

As had two children with us I had checked before booking to ensure it would be nice and warm upon arriving and had been told it would be so was initially disappointed. Didnt help with it being ‘Storm Dennis’ that weekend. Kitchen wasnt as clean as we like and we had to wipe down work surfaces, in food cupboards & clean out cutlery tray but rest of property was nice and clean. Would like instructions on how to recycle plastics, glass etc - just had to put them in large bin outside which was a shame. Otherwise it was a lovely property and in the summer it would be a great location being so near to Black Rock Sands beach.
