“We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this truly amazing home.”

Despite a long 8 hour journey (thanks to a sat nav detour!) with a 3 year old and a spaniel the first thing we said when we walked through the door was "Well that was worth it" and after just a quick look around I proclaimed to my husband "I think I could actually live here!" We have over the last 14 years stayed in many holiday homes but never has one been as exceptional as this. The attention to detail, the quality of everything, the "I forgot" jar, the amazing welcome basket that catered for all of us even the dog, the welcoming and informative texts and all the "little things" that holiday homes don't normally have but you really need - Haul A Gwynt had it all! The other thing it definitely had was a feeling of being at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we could happily relax and be "at home". Then to top it all off the village is spectacular, small but everything you need on your doorstep, 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the playground, 2 minutes walk to the various shops which look small but have everything you need including a butchers/deli/fresh cakes etc etc, 5 minute walk to the Chippy (very nice they were too!). We also spotted a local brewery not far past the playground, a pizza place, a bar/restaurant, a beach bar.....all within walking distance! I could rave about this week we had all day long but I think you get the idea.....book a stay here and you will not be disappointed, we can't wait to go back!

The property

This luxury detached house is located in the centre of Morfa Nefyn; a house refurbished to an excellent standard, with the beach and golf club only a short distance away.

Bring along the family to make the most of this beautiful retreat and its collection of rooms, divided over the ground and first floor.

Upon entering, you will discover a modern kitchen/diner where you can enjoy a warm cup of tea at the breakfast bar in the morning, or settle down at the dining table with your loved ones come evening.

Afterwards, the sitting room is the perfect place to snuggle up in front of the woodburning stove, providing space for ten people to relax in comfort.

Two bedrooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor along with a shower room, complimenting the interior in a contemporary fashion.

For more of this, wander upstairs where you will discover three further bedrooms, all wrapped in detail and soft furnishings, with one featuring its own fabulous en-suite bathroom, neighbored by a family bathroom which also benefits from an overhead shower.

Once you have relaxed indoors, why not spend an hour or two in the enclosed garden, which is partitioned between a lawn and patio area, a lovely place to unwind in the sunshine.

The nearby town of Nefyn also boasts a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and both are within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch.

The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and watersports are all available.
