Thank you for the cake ,milk and wine. The cottage is fantastically equipped and has everything you could possibly need.

  • "Overall the bungalow is a very good place to stay."

It is in a great location, has good facilities, plenty of space and has a homely feel. However, we feel let down by the damp smell in the back bedrooms which was very strong. This did affect our overall satisfaction with our stay here

  • "Am amazing stay at the bungalow, it felt so homely."

It was short of nothing everything we needed had already been thought of, even a bottle of milk and wine and a beautiful bara brith. So beautifully decorated and comfortable. The five of us were sorry to leave and are eager to visit again.

Thanks for the feedback Amanda, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again soon. Property Owner

The beds were brilliant and comfy but the little red robin was a hungry chap waiting to be fed.Overall I was so impressed and would not hesitate to book here again with our little dog and grand children.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay Michael and hope to see you again soon Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely week, as we did last year."

We have already booked for next year so that says it all really! The bungalow is similar to other properties in Tywod Arian but the outside area sets it apart, with barbecue and lovely big table. Ideal for a leisurely Breakfast Milk, and a good book before the beach. So handy for Morfa Nefyn shop and Ty Coch. Milk, bara brith and wine when we arrived we gratefully received. Heaven!

Thanks very much for the feedback Carol, we look forward to welcoming you back next year! Property Owner

  • "The cottage is in a great spot and close to all beaches and eating places."

However, at this time of year, not all were open for eating at lunch times. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious with all the things you needed to make our stay pleasant. We appreciated the wine, milk and bara brith left as a welcome gift. The directions to actually access the cottage were not clear and we had to ring Jo to find out where the cottage was exactly. Not withstanding that last point, I would recommend this cottage. Peter and Gwen September 2021.

  • "We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

The bungalow was really clean and made a lovely base for exploring the area. The owners were in touch when we needed and were on hand to make sure we had a relaxing stay. We came as a young family and something I’d not thought of before but all being on one level made life a lot easier, with lovely gardens all around to enjoy too. Thank you

In very convenient position with easy access to beach, shops, cafe. Some lovely walks nearby. Had a lovely four nights stay.

  • "Not one of the best places we have stayed in."

The Bungalow needs a little TLC. When we arrived there were pots still in the dishwasher and washing in the machine . The outdoor area wasn’t very inviting. For us to be able to use it we would of had to wipe all the furniture down and sweep the decking area. This is something that should of been done. The Bungalow smells musty, all the wardrobes smell musty. Would not recommend this property.

  • "This is a lovely bungalow."

The decor is lovely, both tasteful and modern ,I must say it is actually the best kitted out place that I have ever stayed in. I had to contact the host about a minor issue and she was lovely (despite being on holiday herself). The building is in a lovely position not even a minute from the beach with good food available at the Cliffs and the Ship in Edern. If this was my place I wouldn't want to share it with anyone.

  • "The Bungalow suited our needs completely."

It was very conveniently situated, walking distance to the beach, golf club, shops, pub/restaurant etc. Jo and her husband, (the owners of the property) we’re away on their holidays at the time of our stay, but we’re still easily contactable and exceedingly welcoming and helpful!

  • "The bungalow was very well equipped, the kitchen especially, it has a very nice modern bathroom with both a multi action shower and a bath, ideal for my grandchildren."

Beds were comfy and the bungalow had two tv,s and the children loved the wii. I couldn’t get the dryer part of the washer/ dryer to work, I tried two drying settings, and I couldn’t find any instructions for this appliance although I have owned a washer/ dryer myself. When booking this bungalow the flats were not shown or mentioned it looked like there were three bungalows in a row. Later when I downloaded the Sykes app after paying in full, more photos were available, showing flats adjacent to the bungalows but it still was not made clear the position of this bungalow in relation to the surrounding flats, nor was this clearly evident in the photos. Nor could I access detailed reviews which usually are very helpful in highlighting points to be aware of and helpful tips on the area. While the bungalow is behind three storey flats and access is gained by going through the flats it actually didn’t cause any problems with noise, although we kept interrupting a game of football on arrival when we were unloading our car and later when we were bringing our online grocery delivery to the bungalow. So while we did enjoy our holiday very much had we known prior to booking the exact location we wouldn’t have chosen this bungalow.

  • "Disappointed that the picture of the front of the bungalow on your website did not show that it was overlooked by several two storey flats, therefore offering no privacy."

The bungalow itself was very spacious but the standard of cleanliness was very poor with stained furniture and carpets in the lounge. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances but the drawers needed clearing out of "junk" The bed in the master bedroom beds a new mattress, and the blankets and throws provided were stained and torn, with the wardrobe having someone else's coats in! I will not be recommending this to anyone else, very disappointing overall. O

just to say sykes is great but the bungalow owners left a lot to be desired would never stay there ever again
