  • "My family and I were so excited about going to this cottage right by the sea, we were certainly not disappointed."

Ty Newydd was very comfortable and well equipped for our needs, a little gem of a find. We couldn’t believe how a week could go so quickly and at the end of a busy day, paddle in the sea, marshmallows over a beach fire (thank you boys…) only to fall asleep to the gentle sound of the sea ebbing ever closer. Heaven. North Wales with Anglesey is very beautiful to explore we all wished we’d booked longer - thank you to the owners who made our lovely holiday possible, we loved it.

  • "This was an outstanding property in a superb location."

It was utterly beyond our expectations. There were no faults or negatives only positive, positive, positive. We would absolutely like to stay here again. To wake up to the sound of waves o the beach was amazing Our 4 year old grandson spent hours playing on the beach. The facilities locally were great too - the walks, the pubs and the little cafe Highly recommend

Other than that house is well equipt for a nice relaxing beach holiday we really enjoyed our stay there.

  • "Absolutely stunning location right on the beach."

The home had lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. Kitchen was well equipped and there was nothing that we couldn't find to prepare meals etc. Despite the cold outside, the home was well heated with more touches like towel heaters and underfloor bathroom heating. Beautifully decorated with lovely art on the walls and photos of the property from many years ago, very interesting indeed! Our one and only minor comment would be that it would have been nice if some hand-wash was provided. We were supplied with washing up liquid and alcohol gel but in the current climate, it would have been great to see hand-wash, even if only one in the main bathroom. This is a very minor suggestion and it was no hardship to buy our own hand-wash. The property was exceptionally clean and you felt confident that it was well sanitised between guests. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

  • "Several light bulbs blown and no replacements in cupboard where they we’re meant to be as explained in welcome pack."

Mattresses on beds not the most comfortable - had to change bedrooms after 2 nights - the mattress rolled you over to 1 side and you felt it tilted !!!!!! Hard to explain and heating little difficult to comprehend - sometimes too hot sometimes not warm enough !!!!!!!

  • "A beautiful home, so welcoming and comfortable with the most amazing views from every window."

It felt so homely and well cared for, we looked forward to returning after a day out walking. The house was warm and plenty of hot water which was great as the weather was quite blustery and cold. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the dining area. I’d love to come back in the summer to take a dip in the beautiful clear sea, and enjoy the bbq area, it was like having your own private beach with luxury accommodation. Thanks for the opportunity of a relaxing stay in your beautiful home with stunning views.

  • "Lovely relaxing holiday."

This house is all about location, you will never tire of looking out of every window, each with its own view. Sleeping to the sound of the waves is so relaxing. The house is spacious, well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need. Bath is huge for your end of day soak, and showers are powerful too! 20 min walk down the beach to Ty Coch Beach Bar is a must (when tide allows) or a short walk over the golf course. Safe patio area for little ones, with furniture to sit out too. Will try to book again!

This place will be booked up forever - if you see a week available, grab it with both hands - I wish I’d booked more!

A holiday we will never forget. The home was well equipped with incredible views from all angles. Our children absolutely loved being able to step onto the beach within seconds and we loved being able to take an evening stroll most nights.
