The property

Abersoch 2.2 miles.

Situated in an enviable position on the seafront, in The Warren Holiday Park near Abersoch, is this stunning, detached chalet, The Warren S15.

Boasting ground-floor accommodation and direct access to The Warren Beach, this is an idyllic setting for a group of six’s escape to the Llŷn Peninsula.

Leave your vehicles in the handy off-road parking spaces for two, before heading inside to find a stunning space with contemporary furnishings and a vaulted ceiling adorned with skylights.

The sitting area has been designed with relaxation in mind and showcases a large, corner sofa and an armchair for you and your loved ones to lounge on as you watch your favourite show from the Freeview selection available; switch on the fire to warm your toes!

The kitchen can be found nearby and enjoys two pass-through windows, along with fabulous fittings and an array of top-of-the-line appliances, including an American-style fridge/freezer.

Dinner can be relished at the neighbouring dining table, or out on the decking amongst those spectacular, front-row views of the sea; the decking also serves as a lovely unwinding spot, with ample seating for you to curl up on with a glass of wine, as the sun begins to set over the beach and distant Bennar headland.

When sleep calls, head to be in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, the first one being a fabulous super-king-size that showcases stylish décor, a flatscreen TV and an en-suite shower room where you can get ready in style, thanks to its spacious walk-in cubicle and panoramic mirrors.

The chalet also hosts two twin rooms, both benefiting from an array of storage and sharing an excellent bathroom, where you can savour a bubble bath after a day packed with walking or surfing.

Venture down the set of private sets to find yourself on the stunning Warren Beach, where you can sunbathe or paddle to your heart’s content, before wandering back into the park to access a range of facilities, from a spa to a Technogym.

The park hosts a fantastic on-site bar/restaurant, but if you’re looking for a wider range of eateries and places to grab your essentials from, travel a short distance south to Abersoch; the village is also home to two brilliant beaches and a golf club for you to make the most of.

Embark on the Llŷn Coastal Path, where you can explore the beaches nestled on the southern edge of the Llŷn Peninsula, or venture north to Llanbedrog for a day packed with hikes along its headland, swimming along its shores and touring a stunning art gallery.

The western part of the Llŷn Peninsula is where you can find the glorious Mynydd Mawr headland and its nature-rich sights, along with Aberdaron, or travel east to come across an array of picture-postcard places, including Pwllheli and Criccieth.

A stay to remember awaits at The Warren S15.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
