  • "The outside picture of the house does not do justice to the beautiful house inside with its large windows and lovely light."

The location is also excellent. We struggled with the washing machine to start it with child lock. We couldn’t get the coffee machine to work and there was no instruction manual. We couldn’t remove the audio describe on the TV. We also had problems with grill on oven as it always set off the smoke alarm. We did find ways around these problems and we realise we are not as techy as the younger generation. However we had a lovely time.

  • "This has to be one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in."

Everything has been thought of from essentials in the cupboard to hair straighteners in the bedroom. The flat itself is beautiful and in a great location for exploring the neighbouring towns. We really enjoyed our stay and in no doubt that we will be returning.

Hi Nicola Very glad you enjoyed your stay with us and we look forward to welcoming you back to beautiful wales. Property Owner

  • "The toilet in the main bathroom needs maintenance to avoid future flooding."

Hand towels would be a plus, you provide one large towel each anyway so it wouldn’t be a huge change to add these.l Other than that, we had a fantastic stay & would definitely be back & recommend this property.

Hi Lucy Many thanks for your feedback, we have now had maintenance to the toilet after your comments and everything has now been checked out. We have also purchased some more hand towels. Looking forward to welcoming you back to sunny wales ! Property Owner

The flat is lovely and airy and well equipped. The location is ideal for exploring North Wales. It would be useful to have a proper vacuum cleaner so that we could have hoovered before we departed. A very enjoyable week,we shall definitely be visiting again. Lesley & Andrew MacPherson

  • "Lovely spacious, clean accommodation."

Very well equipped with some extras! ( thank you!). Fabulous views. Very comfortable beds ( and I’m very picky!) Could do with more drying space outside, the rotary line was occupied a lot and I struggled to dry our clothes. I don’t know if this would be something you could look at? Also, an upright hoover would be handy, I found the little one but I struggle to reach down due to arthritis. Also, it may be worth putting a notice at the front door or a larger one in the apartments asking for consideration of other guests regarding noise. Overall a lovely, comfortable apartment and a fantastic view. Will certainly be looking at returning. Thank you!

Hi Deborah Many thanks for taking the time to write us a review, our guests feedback is very important to us and we always try to act upon any suggestions or recommendation they may have, as we strive for the apartment to exceed in guest expectations wherever possible. I have noted the suggestion of a standup hover, and will look into purchasing one of these, when we manage to get back to the apartment ourselves. In relation to drying clothes, there is a clothes horse in the kitchen boiler cupboard. I just thought I would mention it, on the hope of you returning to stay with us again in the future. I’m glad you enjoyed the extras and from your overall comments I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment and Criccieth in too. You now know where we are, should you wish to venture back to sunny Wales :-) Many thanks Paul Property Owner

  • "We've just come back from a lovely week in the apartment."

Very comfy and felt like home from home. We loved the games and my 9 year old loved the xbox. The views of the castle and sea were beautiful. A couple of issues was we were woken up daily by the barking dog downstairs which was also before 6:30. The parking is very tricky though we managed it. The apartment could also do with a hoover being provided as a week in a carpeted accommodation is a long time to go without hoovering.

Hi Charlotte Thanks for providing us with some feedback, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay with us and your 9 year old enjoyed the Xbox. In regards to the dog barking, all I can do is apologise for the inconvenience, although I don’t believe this is the dog downstairs, it maybe from a property nearby, nevertheless I’m glad it didnt stop your enjoyment of the apartment. In regards to the hoover, there is a handheld hoover supplied in the kitchen cupboard housing the boiler. This is for just crumbs and general bits, you are on holiday after all, so we don’t want you doing the usual household chores, leave that to us, that’s what we’re there for!! Many thanks Paul Property Owner

  • "The apartment was beautiful, and clean, and the views were excellent."

We were very comfortable there and would recommend it. It was an easy walk into Criccieth town and down to the seafront. The only negative point I felt was that the apartment is on the first floor and we were led to believe that we had use of the communal garden, however the people occupying the ground floor apartment treated it like their own and allowed their dog free range.

Hi Andrew I am really glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and many thanks for taking the time to provide us with some feedback, it's very much appreciated. I can confirm that all gardens are communal and equally shared between the three apartments. All i can do is apologise that there was a dog present in one of the apartments during your stay. I hope this won't prevent you coming back to stay with us one day and enjoying Criccieth again. Kind Regards, Paul Property Owner

The only tiny niggle was no storage containers for such things as bread/ biscuits , no kitchen scales . But would certainly recommend and hope to return soon, depending on price.

Many thanks Gillian I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment and I really appreciate your feedback. I have noted your comments and we will look to get a bread in and measuring scales in the coming weeks. Kind regards Paul Property Owner
