You can stroll out the door to the beach, castle, shops and restaurants, so if your plan is to hang up the car keys and switch off it doesn't get much better than this! If you feel like exploring, the harbour town of Porthmadog or the magical Portmeirion village and gardens are only a 10 minute drive away. Or take a trip over to Harlech, explore the castle and visit the new visitor centre or enjoy a round of golf and the renowned Royal St Davids Golf Club. Along the Llyn Peninsula, you can discover the traditional seaside resort of Pwllheli and the watersports centre at Abersoch. Or why not visit the famous Ty Coch in Morfa Nefyn, just 30 minutes away

About the property

The beautiful apartment is centrally located in the coastal town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula and enjoys some fantastic sea views, encompassing mountainous scenery and Harlech beyond.

The apartment occupies the two upper floors of a wonderful double fronted Edwardian house and provides fantastic holiday accommodation for a perfect family holiday close to the beach or for a get together to celebrate that special occasion.

A corner sofa with reclining options adds some additional comfort and a relaxing massaging chair provides an ideal way to unwind after a day out and about exploring or building sandcastles on the beach.

For alfresco dining, head down the stairs and through to a lovely sheltered courtyard with outdoor dining furniture.

Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream.
