The property

This large, detached holiday home, The Coach House, enjoys an idyllic location in Abersoch, North Wales.

This stunning home-from-home is ideal for a large group or family of 14, situated only a stone’s throw away from Abersoch’s delights.

After leaving your vehicle in one of the ample off-road parking spaces, make your way into the property to be wowed by the open-plan living space, a room boasting a mixture of stylish and contemporary décor.

The fabulous sitting area has been designed with relaxation in mind, with two spacious sofas set in front of the Smart TV and a built-in, woodburning stove.

Continue over to a small table and chairs, where you can enjoy a round of board games with your loved ones, before rustling up some delights in the impressive kitchen.

The kitchen is a stunning space, boasting high-quality appliances, including a Smeg fridge and double electric ovens; the area also boasts a large breakfast bar, where you can enjoy a quick snack and a chat, before venturing out into Abersoch.

After the chef of the group has rustled up a feast for dinner, enjoy it at the grand dining table that seats all the family, where you can catch up on your exciting, beachfront activities.

Climb the stairs to discover a fabulous, mezzanine snug, where you can relax with a book or watch a DVD for some post-dinner entertainment.

As the evening winds to a close, continue through the first floor to find a fantastic super-king-size bedroom, a space benefiting from stylish décor, ample storage, a desk and its own stunning en-suite bathroom, where you can enjoy a luxurious soak in the freestanding bath or a quick rinse in the walk-in shower.

Close-by, you can discover two more beautifully appointed king-size rooms, both featuring storage and desks, along with a well-presented twin room and a double bunk room with pull-out beds that is perfect for the little ones or extra guests.

The rooms share access to two brilliant bathrooms, where you can freshen up in style amongst the contemporary décor and enjoy the luxury of a soak in a bath with shower over; the property also hosts a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC, for extra convenience.

Back downstairs you can easily leave any beach gear in the boot room, whilst also using it as an extra food preparation space; there is also a utility room nearby that hosts your laundry facilities, meaning all you need during your self-catering stay is at your feet.

The rear garden is a brilliant spot, with two seating areas to unwind in, one being a sheltered veranda where you can enjoy a steaming cup of morning coffee, the other being a raised patio with a barbecue so you can savour some grilled delights; the garden additionally hosts an extensive lawn for your furry friend to roam free on, and an outdoor shower so you can wash off your sandy toes or your canine companion’s paws after an outing at the beach.

A leisurely stroll brings you to Abersoch’s High Street, where a plethora of eateries of all kinds await, as well as ample shops for you to enjoy an afternoon of retail therapy in; a little further afield are two gorgeous beaches where you can enjoy a variety of watersports, along with an esteemed golf club.

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
