  • "What a wonderful cottage."

Beautifully presented with high quality furniture, accessories and kitchen equipment. The owner was great, giving clear directions and responding to questions promptly. Although the property is set back off a busy road and reversing from the driveway was difficult, it never felt noisy or intrusive and at night it was quiet. The welcome basket was really appreciated and enjoyed. It really felt like a home from home and we loved everything about it. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we will definitely be back!

A beautiful well kept cottage, very well equipped for everything you may of forgot, lovely clean and fresh, with a welcome pack from the owner (a nice touch), also has outstanding views from the front, well recommended, also near to market town Pwllheli, and trains to Barmouth or Caernarfon

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

The cottage was very well equipped and the standard of presentation was excellent. The welcome basket was a very kind thought and much appreciated. Communication from the host was most informative and reassuring. Information on the local area was available and we used this to explore some of the less familiar locations.

Thanks Beryl for taking the time to leave feedback. It is very much appreciated and we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and visit to Tanrallt Cottage and the Llŷn Peninsula. We hope to see you again soon. Property Owner

  • "We would rate this holiday property as excellent unfortunately we had a problem with parking as the drive is steep so couldn't use it for parking so had to park on the pavement by the bend in a busy road."

However we understand some alternative parking will be available across the road in the coming weeks. That was our only issue . The cottage is very well equipped and in a beautiful area .

Thank you for visiting Tanrallt Cottage, we are really pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and thank you for providing feedback. We identified an issue with low profile vehicles accessing the private driveway, as the cottage is built into a hillside and the drive is a little steep. As a result we have been working hard to make some alternative parking available. We are sorry this wasn't finished when you came to visit us. The good news is we now have alternative private parking suitable for low vehicles available adjacent to the property. Property Owner

So clean and fresh, host was very helpful. Located less than 10 mins from the nearest beach and loads of other beaches not much further. Our two young boys had an awesome time, would definitely recommend if you want a beach holiday or somewhere to relax

  • "A really lovely cottage in a great location."

The cottage was really comfortable with everything we needed and lots of great extras. For example garden toys and binoculars. Its only downfall was it was on a very fast road which limited walking to places as it didn’t have a pavement.
