The property

The whitewashed, semi-detached house of 25 Ty Gwyn Road rests on the coast in Llandudno, Conwy.

Set over three floors and sporting stylish interiors throughout, 25 Ty Gwyn Road makes for a fabulous base for a family of 10's coastal getaway.

Wander inside the property to find a beautifully decorated sitting room that features cream, leather seating for you to lounge on as you watch your favourite movie on the wall-mounted TV; the space is complete with a flickering gas fire, giving the room a homely feel.

Move across the ground-floor to come across a fantastic kitchen/diner, where sleek, white fittings host an array of appliances, from a washer/dryer and dishwasher to a fridge/freezer and microwave.

When diner has been rustled up, enjoy it at the close-by dining table as you plan your holiday itinerary.

When night falls, climb the stairs to find two well-presented doubles resting on the first floor; both rooms enjoy access to a brilliant bathroom, where you can soak up in the roll-top bath and relax your muscles after a day packed with beachfront fun.

Continue upstairs to the second-floor, to find three more well-appointed bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin room; all of the bedrooms enjoy fabulous, grey colour schemes, so you can rest up in style.

Why not enjoy a spot of alfresco dining in the rear courtyard as you take in the sea breeze?

Spend some time getting to know Llandudno, where a short stroll into the centre of the town will bring you to an array of pubs, eateries and shops, as well as the North Shore Beach, Llandudno Pier and Llandudno Promenade.

Venture north west to find the Great Orme headland, where you can explore the fascinating Great Orme mines, wander through the Great Orme Country Park and spend some time at the fantastic Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre or the Great Orme Golf Course.

Travel east to embark on the Nant-y-Gamar hike throughout the woodland, before visiting Rhos-on-Sea for a day packed with sun and sand on Penrhyn Bay Beach or hiking through the nearby Little Orme headland.

There is so much more waiting to be seen in this fantastic region, with Conwy and Colwyn Bay being within easy reach; or you can travel further to find the renowned Snowdonia National Park, where ample outdoors adventures await.

For a seaside break that you'll always cherish, choose 25 Ty Gwyn Road.

About the location

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
