  • "Really well equipped!"

Very clean! In a really good position! One thing missing(or I couldn’t find one) was a rubber bath mat! We all had a great holiday there!

  • "Beautiful house in a great location."

Just a short walk from shops, pubs and the pier. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack - thanks for the cake! Great that the house has a parking space too as parking is a bit difficult otherwise! Would highly recommend.

The property itself is well equipped with all the facilities a family requires for a stay.

Three good size bedrooms, really useful for us to have the big bathroom plus shower room ensuite. Well located for sea front, restaurants, shops and bars.

  • "Firstly, I agree with a previous reviewer that 5pm is a little late for access BUT we were contacted by a very nice lady from the cleaning company to check something and she said she would ring us when she had finished - which she did, just as we arrived in Llandudno!"

:-) The house is situated about 5 minutes from the centre on a one way street used by locals rather than tourists looking to park. There is space for a small car but we were wary of half-witted motorists blocking us in. Everything in the house is of high quality and the beds are very comfortable. We didn't lack for anything and we definitely plan to return.

  • "We stayed in this cottage for 2 nights (April 2022) and highly recommend it."

It is a stones throw from the Great Orme Tram Stop; and the best Fish & Chippy in town! A short walk downhill to the main centre and seafront. Yvonne was very helpful: we only booked on the same morning as our stay and she made the house ready for us as soon as possible that day. All the beds are very comfy, Yvonne helpfully enquired as to how we wanted the rooms made up. The welcome pack of fresh bread, milk and farm eggs was a nice touch. The patio catches a bit of sun so it's nice to sit out with a cuppa. Very handy to have a parking space.

  • "The house was great - in a central but quiet location."

Clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable break. Yvonne was really helpful, and readily available for anything we needed. The secure back yard was essential for our dogs who try to escape at any opportunity, and was a lovely little sun trap for our morning coffee. We will definitely be returning!

  • "The house was great, clean, spacious and well equipped."

The location was perfect with everything within short walking distance. My only issue is the check in and out times. 5pm check-in is very late as you loose most of the day together with a very early check-out 10am doesnt seem fair. Standard times 3pm check in and 11am check out would be more suitable.

  • "The house was truly perfect in every way!"

Amazing location, incredibly clean, well resourced, super comfy beds… everything you need in a holiday home. Having a dedicated parking space was definitely a bonus. The location was spot on for being able to explore Llandudno on foot, restaurants, pier, promenade, tram all within a very short distance. The extra touches by the housekeeper prior to arrival were very thoughtful too: from which beds to make up for the teenagers, to fresh flowers in the lounge, and milk and Welsh cakes in the fridge. Overall an excellent property!

  • "We had a fantastic week, we were very lucky to have had amazing weather during our stay."

The house I’ve very well located to walk into Llandudno, close walk to the sea front, the great orme cable cars and lots of other attractions not to mention the numerous pubs, cafes and Restruant’s along the way. The Kings Head serve good food they are less than a 5 minute walk away, we ate out each day so go to eat in places with some delicious food. If we drove their is a parking bay which is very useful as the roads are busy with parked cars. A short drive is the west shore beach this is much quieter and lovely to go to. We drove to Conway which wasn’t far either and had a great day. Lots to do locally. The house manager was great too very helpful with any questions. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Thank you again we had such a great break, through rally needed after such a trying time in the pandemic.

5 mins from three dog friendly pubs. House was really nice, well modernised and fully fitted with all modern appliances The parking space was a real bonus, as it's at a premium in llandudno Couple of minor issues on arrival, but sorted out very quickly by the local servicing staff, who were very friendly and helpful, and responsive Would certainly recommend Ephraim villa, and Llandudno, for a relaxing holiday All of the above pubs do food, but would recommend the Kings Head, just above tram stop.

As well as the myriad charms of Llandudno, Conwy and Betws y coed are just a short train ride/drive away and highly recommended - If the weather is kind, I'd also suggest the walk around the Orme on Marine Drive and a trip to Aber Falls - Both were real treats :o). As a family, we've stayed in lots of properties over the past few years and this one is right near the top -we'd certainly love to return some day.

  • "We were very pleasantly surprised with Ephraim Villa."

It was close to the centre of Llandudno so was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants but far enough that we weren’t disturbed by any town noise. It was very close to the tram to go to the Great Orme and also close to the pier and seafront and a lovely pub with great food - the Kings Arms. The cottage itself was lovely - extremely clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed including enough cutlery, plates, glasses, cups etc. A lovely touch on arrival was milk in the fridge and some wonderful Welsh Bara Brith! It was great to have two bathrooms as we went with friends. The bed in the first room was a little soft but we soon got used to it. The owners have also left plenty of entertainment if you don’t want to watch tv such as dvds, books and games and a record player with a selection of records! There was a car parking space up the side of the cottage which meant the car was off the road and we always had somewhere to park. It was a bit of a tight squeeze getting in due to a large lorry being parked at the house next door which was having some work done but obviously that won’t be there all the time and this was the only downside (if you can call it that!). We would highly recommend the cottage and are already planning on a return trip next year

Great value for money, well equipped with everything we needed, plus bonuses like toys, games and books. Brilliant location, could walk to loads of bars and restaurants within minutes. We could also walk to the prom and beach in 5 minutes, with a sandy beach just a 15 min walk. Beds super comfy and large too. We honestly could not fault it.

  • "House was clean, well equipped, well situated."

The beds were very comfy just disappointed not a wardrobe in each room but the set of drawers were sufficient. Near to shops and restaurants. The road in front of the house has a steepish incline but my 80 year old mum managed it ok. Private parking space was very useful as it is hard to park around that part of town.

No probs we had Netflix and jigsaws perfect to relax with the fish n chip ship 5 mins up the hill opp the tram station. Will hopefully be returning later on in the year. About the location

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
