  • "Comfortable, warm, tidy appartment."

Very little noise from outside, as off a quiet road. Centre of town, beach and tram up Great Orme are all very close.

  • "Beautiful and luxurious apartment with a great kitchen and dining area."

Very central located to the city centre and all amenities in Llandudno. A special thank you to Richard, the owner, for his great help and patience and for all the great extras he left on the apartment and on the fridge, I loved the cheese! Also having Alexa was a big plus!

  • "The listing failed to mention that the apartment was on the second floor."

Although it was fine for us, it may be an issue for other people. The bed was also very uncomfortable. It would have been good to have more information around local restaurants / takeaway menus etc. Overall though it was a lovely stay and we had a great time. The apartment itself is beautiful and cleanliness was great. The location was absolutely perfect and we really enjoyed our week there.

Hi Guys, Really really sorry for not replying sooner. To keep you up-dated, the desriptions of the properties now include the following: 1. This apartment is clarified as being on the 2nd floor, and maybe unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. 2. Mattress toppers available on request, for those guests who find the master bedroom mattress too firm. Other Info.: The Alexa speaker is provided to give information on local amenities and restaurants, in addition to the leaflets provided, while the individual restaurents, identify menus on their websites. However, I will follow-up on providing printed menus for convenience. All the best, Richard/Owner. Property Owner

High spec and every thing thought through. Only minor considerations, there were no bins outside to put the rubbish mid week and no clothes maiden to hang.wet clothes and washing Will defo come.back

Hi Guys, Again, really really sorry for not getting back to you sooner, and all down to the Hotel Inspector, Alex Polizzi. To up-date you: 1. A welcome letter identifes where at the back of the property, to put rubbish and recycling. 2. While the washer is a washer/dryer, I will look into installing some type of hanging arrangement in the showers. All the best, Richard/Owner. Property Owner

Clean, comfortable and so we’ll equipped. There was a very generous Welcome pack and it was a pleasure to stay in such a wonderful apartment, so close to all the Llandudno amenities.Highly recommended.5*

  • "The accommodation itself was excellent, superbly finished, lots of nice touches, brilliant welcome pack of food and drink, the owner had even put on some background music to welcome us."

Our major gripe was that there was no way to contact the owner in case of any issues; the phone number given on the confirmation went unanswered, we were on hold for ages on the the main telephone line at Sykes and gave up, and an email to Sykes went unanswered. If our request had been urgent I would have been even more angry.

There was a dressing gown and slippers to make us feel at home and the apartment looked as though it was brand new. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from Llandudno town centre and so easy to get to restaurants and bars. Plenty of places to visit and magnificent scenery.

About the location

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
