"We have just returned from bryn-Y-Glyn after a 14 night stay."
We enjoyed every minute. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and Heather was very welcoming and looked after us.
We did find it very hot but it would have been worse at home. We pulled all the blinds down upstairs and opened the windows and that kept a lot of heat out as there was a breeze most days. It is positioned in a lovely area very near the sea.
We would be very happy to stay again. Thank you Heather and Nick for a lovely stay.
Thank you so very much for your kind positive comments.
The house is warm and probably didnt help that we left the central heating on a timer as the weather in Wales can be unpredictable at times..
Thank you for being wonderful guests.
Heather.

"My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights."
We paid a little over £100 a night and felt this was a fair price for the property we stayed in.
There is a lot space to the property and this location was excellent for the Llandudno and surrounding area. The bungalow was very clean and quiet.
The bedrooms are two attic rooms with a shared toilet, shower and sink room.
My husband and I ended up staying in both beds during our stay as one of the beds is very low to the floor and a little difficult to get in an out of due to the roof space and the other room, whilst having a normal height bed, only had two Velux window blinds for the three windows in the room, which meant daylight in the room from about 5am onwards.
Also, we were there for some of the hottest nights weather wise and we were very surprised to find there was not a single fan in the property.
Adding to this, although the living room has three large windows, it only has two small windows at the top of one of the windows that should open. Both these windows had notes taped to them saying ‘please do not open this window due to faulty hinge awaiting parts thank you’. This meant unless you opened the front doors to the property, there was no airflow to help cool it down.
The property was described as having the ability to dine alfresco. Unfortunately the patio table had no glass within it and the chairs for it were covered in tree debris, cobwebs and bird poo. My husband spent a good hour cleaning two of the seats so we could sit outside as the bungalow was too warm on two of the afternoons to sit inside. The outdoor rattan settee had one of the tables on top of it and this also had no glass so even when we sat here, we had to put on glasses of drink on the floor as they would not sit straight on the rattan table without the glass top.
The cushion store for the chair cushions had a broken hinge and was secured by string and the cushions were inside a black bag in this container.
There was a two pinter of milk awaiting us as well as a packet of Welsh cakes which was a very nice touch and the kitchen was well equipped.
Thank you for your detailed response.
Unfortunately with renting out the property some guests are more respectful than others and we have had some items in the property have been damaged.
We are hoping to improve the garden facilities for next year.
Thank you.

"We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night break at Bryn-y-Glyn."
The property had everything we needed and more, it is well maintained and beautifully decorated making it feel like a home from home. The owners were very helpful and were happy to answer questions and the extra touch of welcome provisions was much appreciated.
The property is in a quiet location with everything you need within a short distance. We would definitely recommend and would be happy to visit again. Thank you

"The property now has one bedside table and one dim lamp plus a toaster, which it didn’t have in May."
However, there is still no coffee table in the lounge. I contacted the owner to request a reading lamp as the lounge is extremely low lit but was told the lighting is ‘ambient’ and my explanation that I wanted to read was met with incomprehension. There was no attempt to rectify the problem. I was also concerned that there is only one outside door and no windows anywhere to escape from in case of fire. We will not be returning.
Thank you for your comments.
I am very surprised at your rating regarding cleaninless?
Especially in comparison to other guest reviews.
You are the first guest to complain about the lights in the lounge.
There are two ceiling lights in the lounge . The lights have been recommended by an electrician.
The house has also smoke alarms.
I can only hope that you manage to find a suitable property that matches all your requirements in the near future.

"This property is magnificent, it is like a tardis, deceptively large, it is very well equipped, superbly comfortable, perfectly heated and located to explore Conway and Llandudno at your leisure."
One or two small items appear to be not quite finished but as value for money it’s phenomenal. I wish that our stay was longer, we hope to return.
Thank you so much for your kind and positive comments.
we are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you return.
We hope to add more homely fittings such as lamps in the bedrooms in the near future.
Thank you.

"Had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday at Bryn-Y-Glyn."
The house itself was immaculate, modern and comfortable with everything needed for a marvelous holiday. The surrounding area was quiet (even though situated amongst other houses) and only a very short walk to the beachfront. Plenty to do in the area (shops etc - all within a short drive) We will definately be returning for a stay here. One of the best holidays we've had! Thank you so much. X
Thank you so very much for your positive feedback.
We are so happy you enjoyed your holiday in

And you are most definitely welcome.

"Beautifully presented house - spotlessly clean and very modern furnishings/ appliances."
Literally a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Penrhyn Bay. Lovely quiet area. Co-op and bus stop 10 minute walk away as is a brilliant Craft Beer 'Cave' open midweek. Perfect spot for visits - Penrhyn Castle, Conwy Castle, Betws-y-Coed, and we took a bus to Llandudno! So much more to see and do, which is why we'll have to come back!
Thank you both for your very constructive comments..
You were excellent guests and it was our pleasure.
We hope you'll return to visit us very soon.

"This is a very spacious property."
We didn't have the weather, or the time, to take in the peace of the garden.
The living room is comfortable, the kitchen well facilitated, bedrooms spacious and comfortable and bathrooms well situated.
A clean, comfortable and spacious holiday home.
There was a minor issue with a smoke alarm going off for no reason but Heather and Nick were avaliable immediately on the phone and it was sorted in a minute. I took the battery out as it was an additional unit. The point being help was there and communication easy and fast.
Thank you for your lovely comments. It
means so much.
I would like to point out that you were both marvellous guests which also makes a difference.
Hope to see you soon.

"A really nice comfortable clean property."
Nice decor and as only two of us, loads of space.
Kitchen had everything we needed, but there was a problem with the toaster, we told the owner, and a new one arrived next day, great.
Property is situated 100m from the promenade, which provides a lovely walk along the beachfront. We will not hesitate to book again when time allows.
The bedroom TV's are streaming only, but does say this on the facilities. We got really lucky with the weather, which did enhance the stay.
The owners Heather and Nick very approachable.
Thanks.
Thank you so very much for your comment.
We hope that you return in the very near future.
