The property

A lovely detached bungalow backing on to the Little Orme, well maintained, and situated within the delightful village of Penrhyn Bay.

The spacious interior and cosy atmosphere, forms an inviting place for families to escape from their everyday lifestyle.

Enter into a hallway and across to a welcoming sitting room which hosts leather seating, a gas fire, smart TV and is carried by a light and airy tone.

A charming dining area makes a warming space to enjoy meals - from breakfast through to dinner time, knitted together by a book shelf, and arm chair.

This flows through to a neatly arranged kitchen, laced with wooden effects, well equipped to meet your needs.

Just off from this, a shower room comes complete with a walk-in shower, neighboured by a classic cloakroom.

A double bedroom is tastefully decorated with fitted wardrobes and complimented by neutral, blue toned walls.

Next door, a twin bedroom mirrors the previous, matched with flowing curtains and a calming nature.

Finishing the layout, a single bedroom brings a touch of colour, with high quality fittings that make an ideal space for children to stay.

Outside of the property, a lawned garden sets an attractive theme, and the rear presents a patio area overlooked by natural greenery.

Perfect for sitting back with a glass of wine after a long day.

Wander further into the village for sandy beaches, pubs and a collection of shops, not far from your doorstep.

Close by, the town of Conwy and Snowdonia National Park are just a 20 minute drive away.

This is a stunning bungalow in an enjoyable location.

PENRHYN BAY

The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a sandy beach, shops, a pub and a church. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey. Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year. Take a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, peruse the selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés or enjoy a performance at Venue Cymru. Close by is the town of Conwy, and the Snowdonia National Park is just a 20 minute drive away.
