The property

A detached bungalow resting in a beautiful location, sitting between natural greenery, and overlooking sea views.

Perfect for couples to enjoy.

Make your way through the enchanting garden, and you will enter into a kitchen boasting bold tiles, white units and complimentary counter tops.

This is a lovingly place to prepare your favourite meals.

An open plan lounge and dining room makes a cosy environment to unwind after a long day, completed with leather seating and elevated by deep flowing curtains.

A circular window overlooks the rooftops and a feature wall is a lovely addition to the setting.

Patio doors open out to the balcony area, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and admire the serene backdrop. The inner hallway will guide you to a twin bedroom, which can be super-king size on request; containing two arm chairs and tied together by an outside view of the trees.

For your convenience, a king-size bedroom neighbours this; easily converted into a twin, and well-matched to the previous.

Lastly, a luxury, and hotel style bathroom is laced with an almost smoky effect, and well furnished to meet your desires.

Situated in an elevated position, you can relax on the balcony and feel at home with the panoramic landscape, or make your way to the rear of the property which contains a decked area, and another countryside outlook.

For a further adventure the village of Penrhyn Bay hosts a collection of sandy beaches, delightful pubs, whilst the town of Llandudno, Conwy, and the Snowdonia National Park are just a 20 minute drive away.

This is a heart-warming bungalow in a breath-taking location.

About the location

Llandudno 3 miles.

The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a sandy beach, shops, a pub and a church.

Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme.

The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey.

Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year.

Take a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, peruse the selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés or enjoy a performance at Venue Cymru.

Close by is the town of Conwy, and the Snowdonia National Park is just a 20 minute drive away. .
