The property

A lovely, detached bungalow, located on a quiet residential estate, only a few moments from sandy beaches and seaside amusement arcades, in the seaside resort of Pensarn, next to Abergele, on the North Wales coast.

Offering comfortable, well-equipped family accommodation, with two bedrooms, this is a delightful coastal cottage for a couple or a family to escape to and enjoy the popular seaside attractions in the area.

As you enter through the small summer room, you will appreciate the light and modern feel to the cottage, with a welcoming sitting room with warming gas coal-effect fire, and full height picture window overlooking the front, along with a modern, fitted kitchen with intimate dining area to the rear of the cottage.

The bedrooms are cosy and well-appointed, both sharing the lovely modern bathroom with rainfall shower.

The rear garden offers a secluded spot to sit and relax, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining on a sunny evening whilst overlooking fields.

There is a wide range of attractions within easy reach of this charming cottage, with a popular golf course close by and a superb sandy beach stretching along the coastline just 5 minutes' walk away.

You are a short walk from the local supermarket and grocery shop and a 15 minute drive away is the seaside resort of Rhyl with amusement arcades, go-karting and a fairground.

Slightly further afield, you can explore the Conwy valley, with its Surf Snowdonia, or enjoy the adrenalin of Bounce Below with trampolines stretched over "bottomless" slate caverns.

This delightful cottage is both a relaxing coastal getaway and a great base for an active and varied holiday.
