  • "A lovely little bungalow close to all amenities nice small back enclosed yard so ok for our dog I would say as the yard is overlooked by a caravan park I would suggest having some sort of screen on the back wall for a bit more privacy ."

It is also on a very noisy busy road with a few (boy races )going up and down it . The area around the property is in very need of improvement. But having said that still a lovely bungalow and we had brilliant weather

We enjoyed our stay .even though surface was clean it needs a proper clean where furniture is pulled out on a regular basis. We found a few bits whilst looking for my grandchilds car he lost under sofa.Bathroom/wc room was very clean. Overall I enjoyed staying there .thankyou and hope to stay again soon

  • "The property was light and fresh, the owner jazz was exceptionally helpful, if we had an question about anything she promptly replied."

It was also handy having off road parking, you have to do a slight manoeuvre to get into front for parking as gates are in an entrance & exit point for caravan park which isn't a problem at all & no disturbance from park the road noise can get a bit much especially at peak times but not a major issue, enclosed rear garden was lovely to sit in, it gets the sun all day. We didn't use the hot tub even though it was available. The only issue we had with back garden was the gate, we have a 15 week old puppy and he could get under the gate, so we had to compromise & put obstacles in his way & had to be with him at all times just in case. But overall a very nice time would definitely return in the future, there's also a brilliant fish & chip shop 2 minute walk & a local shop right next door which is very reasonable. Beach is only a 10 minute walk then over wooden bridge just after local shop or head in opposite direction past chippy stayiying on side of bungalow head to train station & beach & cafe's are there just a 10 minute stroll away from bungalow.

  • "The house was clean, comfortable, had all the facilities listed."

The house is tastefully decorated. The Pensarn beach is right behind the house, that is accessible on the left, via a Green bridge. We had to buy some essentials like washing liquid, washing machine pods and basic kitchen items like Salt, Sugar, Oil. We left some of them for other guests and hopefully it is not cleaned. Please search Google map by co-ordinates as the postcode takes you to side lanes. The house is on a main road and is very near to all tourist locations. Good stay!

  • "As a middle aged couple with an elderly deaf dog, this property was more than perfect for us."

By far the best we have stayed in since holidaying in the UK with our dog. It ticked all of the important boxes and some additional ones I hadn't even thought of (usb plug sockets for example, extremely handy as only one of us had remembered to pack a phone charger!) The enclosed secure garden was a must for my dog because he is deaf. Whilst it is very basic and lets say "not pretty" I totally get it for ease of maintenance and it did not bother us in the slightest. The owners have added a couple of things that the original pictures do not show, a couple of faux hanging baskets helped brighten the back wall a little. There is also an outdoor table and chair set and a dining table in the lounge too. I will add pictures if i can. The hot-tub was just superb, really made me feel like i was on a "proper" holiday! I was anticipating it being out of use or not very appealing because of the incredible price we booked for, but it was spotless and maintained upon arrival and during our break too. Some more information about the location and attractions, nearby beaches etc would be useful here, obviously we used our phones to search for stuff but i think it would be nice to have in a little welcome folder or similar. Also this could include instructions on things like how to empty the hoover and use the heating as i had to google this. It was great to have a decent dyson hoover to use, I just didn't want to break it. The use of a washing machine and iron was great too. The shower was powerful and having a bathtub is normally a must for me but the hot-tub satisfied my need for a soak every evening! The caravan beyond the back garden wall i imagine could seem a bit intrusive if it was being rented at the same time, and for that reason only I would probably have preferred to see some kind of screening along the back wall but we were lucky as no-one was in it during our stay. I would take towelling robes next time if we had a hot-tub too as the towels were quite small and it was really chilly when you get out lol. The shop next door was really handy, it had so much variety and also a co-op within a 5 minute walk. There's a little path to the right of the shop that leads to a footbridge which takes you directly to the nearest beach. It's not signposted, we found it by accident and out of curiosity after we had walked the long way round!! Struggled with the 2 can openers, so maybe that could be checked and the only other thing i think would be great is maybe a little unit or bookshelf in the hallway with some board-games/playing cards ? Just a thought and not a critisicm, found this quite fun once at a previous location. Pete and Jaz, thanks so much for providing a wonderful property. Best Regards... Louise, John and Buddy

Very spacious providing everything we needed. EXCEPT we couldn't find any instructions for the various equipment. Heating, hot tub, TV. etc. We fumbled our through and got everything working, although we never found the TV live channels, only catch up. But TV is for rainy days and we only had one!

Hi Chris, Many thanks for your feedback. You’ll be pleased to know we have now provided instructions on all the appliances you unfortunately had confusion with. The TV box does have access to all channels however appreciate this may have been hard to find given lack of instructions. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay regardless. • "A nice spacious cottage."

The write up didn’t mention the busy main road that it is situated on. Quite a lot of traffic including emergency vehicles zooming past, and people parking outside the property constantly to use the shop next door. On the whole very clean and user friendly with it being a bungalow. A few things I think might enhance staying there is a small dining table. I didn’t really want to sit facing the wall on the breakfast bar in the kitchen to eat. Not enough room if four of you sharing as only two stools. Also the addition of other items such as egg cups, teapot, cafetière. The pans were very light weight and easily moved around on the hob so it would be easier to cook if they kept still. The outside space at the back could do with a bit of love. Tarmac is low maintenance but not very attractive. There is a very low wall on one side of the garden, allowing visitors to the caravans behind a good view of you using the hot tub, so it wasn’t private enough for us. We had to fiddle about a bit to get the tv to work by switching the tv box off at the wall every day, and the Wi-Fi had restrictions for some websites. Very good access to the sea front via a footbridge over the railway line nearby and a nice park only a short drive away if you are taking your dog. We enjoyed our stay but not the best location we have stayed in.

The hot tub is an excellent added extra. It was our first time taking the puppy and knowing that the rear yard is enclosed is great. The Prosecco and chocs are a lovely welcome. The only criticism is the area is just missing a few more little bars to walk to, you need to go into Abergele for a meal, the local pub wasn’t serving mid week meals which was a shame. There are loads of takeaways and chips shops on the main road which is handy and there is a big Tesco in Abergele to do a shop and local co-op to walk to and shop next door. It would be handy to have a little folder in the property to get the cooker settings and show the local amenities and recommendations. The beach is literally 5 mins over the bridge which was great and lovely and quiet! We will definitely be back again! Thanks so much

  • "My hubby and I stayed here last weekend and would certainly stay again."

The bungalow was spotlessly clean and there was a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on the table which was a lovely thought, although we didn't have chance to drink it. It was ideal for my husband to walk the dog as it was very close to the beach. Also the back yard was totally secure for our dog to run around in. We met Jas as we arrived and she was just finishing off the cleaning due to the previous occupants dog who had left hair all over everything. Sadly she is thinking of removing it from the 'Pet Friendly' list because of this which would be a great shame as it was so handy for us to use to visit friends and family in the future. The only negative was that the description did say that there's off road parking, but we had to park on the main road at the front of the bungalow. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely bungalow.

Hi Judy, Thanks for your feedback and raising the parking concern. In terms of parking we are more than happy to have guests park on the grass behind the gate, however we are in the process of arranging that area to be converted into a slabbed space. Sorry this wasn’t communicated to you, we’ll ensure future guests are informed. In addition just to let you know we have decided to remain a pet friendly accommodation. Once again thanks for the feedback and staying with us, we hope to welcome you back soon. Kind regards, Arun Property Owner

It was a surprise for our year too, I had to ring the owners to get the key code and they couldn’t have been more friendly. The house was perfectly clean, a bottle of Prosecco, some flowers and a card waiting for us to welcome us on our stay. Everything was immaculate and the hot tub was already warm before we even arrived! The bungalow was a lot bigger than it seemed on the pictures, and the beach was a stone throw away. The shop keeper next door couldn’t have been more helpful, and even with the wet and windy weather, we both had a fabulous time and will definitely be returning. Thanks again
