    Mrs Harrison

“The cottage was well equipped, stunning views, modern and clean.”

The cottage

Llangollen 1 mile.

This beautiful detached cottage is situated in the little scattered hamlet of Berwyn, just one mile from the popular town of Llangollen.

Located on a leafy lane in a wooded, elevated position, and wrapped in hillside and countryside views.

Perfect for couples, families or even friends to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Upon entering, a warm, welcoming sitting room is home to a wood burner which creates a relaxing ambience, and a cosy sofa where you can rest in the evening hours.

A pretty dining area lies close by, overlooked by subdued lighting for an all round peaceful effect.

Across the way, a well appointed kitchen holds a lovely slate floor, integrated appliances and a breakfast bar where you can sit and enjoy a warm drink in the morning time whilst watching TV.

A utility room rests off from this, along with a cloakroom that boasts a characterful stone feature wall.

Take the stairs up to the individually styled bedrooms, the first showcases a double bed, with a serene atmosphere, ideal for reading a book before drifting into a good nights sleep.

This room is tied together by views of the valley resting in the distance.

Neighbouring this, a twin bedroom is uplifted by cool calming colours for a refreshing finish.

A well designed bathroom hosts both a shower and a double ended bath for your convenience, also situated on this floor.

When the weather is nice, why not relax on the patio area's outside, next to the fire and take in the scenery.

You may also want to explore the cycle paths and amenities of the local village.

Llangollen offers a good range of pubs and restaurants, as well as many interesting shops.

Stroll up to Castell Dinas Brân, high above the town for more landscape views.

Enjoy the tranquillity of this heart-warming location.
