The property

“The nearest earthly place to paradise.” On arrival at Nest Holiday Hideaway, it’s easy to see why the author PG Wodehouse said these words of Shropshire.

Perfectly positioned in the walker's wonderland of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Nest's location provides a sanctuary of serenity, stunning scenery and a truly beautiful base from which to explore.

The philosophy of Nest Holiday Hideaway is 'Transformational Travel', a rural retreat where you can de-stress, relax and revitalise, embedded in beautiful surroundings and the sights and sounds of nature, whilst also being near and having great access to magnificent market towns such as Shrewsbury and Church Stretton and Shropshire's myriad other unique attractions.

Dove Cottage is a beautiful, cosy bolthole of immense character and charm uniquely, lovingly created from an 18th century barn and set in perfect countryside, with a wealth of wood beams, exposed stonework and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Elegantly and eclectically furnished with antiques, vintage pieces and William Morris fabrics, Dove Cottage also boasts a romantic wood burning stove and all modern conveniences, including WiFi, Now TV, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, and luxurious en-suite bathrooms with rain showers.

This property can also be booked together with the adjoining Wren Cottage (which accepts one well-behaved dog up to medium size) – together they sleep up to 6 (search Ref. 966881).
