  • "Very Happy with accomodation."

Worth noting that sat nav takes guests to top of the adjacent road. People in flat below ours had same problem locating the property. Perhaps a larger or more easily seen plate at drive entrance would help. Also the tv remotes did not operate tv. Which was not important to us but may be to other guests. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in very clean and comfortable accomodation. Somewhere which we will definitely keep on our revisit list.

  • "The key box is worn and in a very awkward place near to the ground."

. It should ideally be at eye level and would then be easier to access. Older people would struggle with the current position of key box. Otherwise a lovely apartment.

  • "A wonderful property, spotless and a 5 minute walk to Treaddur Bay beach."

Deceptively large property as well, lots of space. A wonderful find.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay in Flat 3."

The flat is lovely, roomy and light, has been decorated recently but retains lots of original features such as window sashes and lovely integral cupboards. Brand new carpets throughout and nice comfortable furniture and beds with lovely fresh linen and towels. As it was warm out, we didn’t need to use the log burner but it would be handy in colder months as the main heating is storage heaters and hard to know how efficient they are during summer months. The bathroom has been decorated nicely - shower not hugely powerful but it does the trick. The kitchen is mostly well stocked for utensils but a cafetière and bread knife would be useful. Take all the tea, coffee, seasoning etc you need as the cupboards aren’t stocked with these items. The flat is really well located, just off the main Bay, but very close to beautiful Porth Diana and quiet. Food places are within easy walking distance, including a dog friendly pub with decent food including breakfast and outside seating is almost at the end of the drive. Outside space for the flat is an enclosed patio which looks shared, but nobody else was there. Would recommend this flat and would love to go back sometime. There are currently no local info leaflets with info on walks and things to do, but you can get that online and the housekeeper from the downstairs flat was really helpful in signposting a local coast walk. Loved it, thank you!
