  • "A great place to explore Snowdonia and the coast line."

We all had a marvellous stay. Could do with somewhere to hang wet coats etc. and the wobbly kitchen table was a challenge but minor problems.

Thanks so much for the feedback, and we are very glad you had a marvellous stay. Thanks for mentioning the wobbly kitchen table; it's an old friend so we cut it some slack but we will see if we can make it less wobbly! Property Owner

Absolutely stunning views, it's a really fabulous place to spend you're holiday.

Thank you so much, it means a lot to Emma and I, and our hard working housekeeper Helen, that you and your family had a nice time at Cerrig. We all hope to see you again (as does our resident guest Jack the black sheep!). Property Owner

  • "We had a fantastic week in this amazing property."

It was spacious and very well equipped. The games room was a particular hit with the children. The views are stunning and we were able to walk locally with our dog. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very welcoming and helpful. We have already booked for next year.

Thanks so much! It was a delight to meet you, and we are looking forward to seeing you again next year! Property Owner

  • "Loved the property and dogs were happy with the garden."

The kids were delighted with the pool table. TVs didn't seem to work very well.

We are so happy that you had a nice time at Cerrig and that you were surprised and pleased by the games room! We found the plug for the TV booster had been turned off, which was why the TVs didn't work well. We really hope to see you again. Property Owner

  • "We stayed for a week and it was honestly a fantastic week with family."

The area is perfect for all the touristy things like climbing Mount Snowdon and visiting Portmeirion as well as exploring the land around the house. It is close to many supermarkets and lovely cafes and pubs. We took two dogs, a baby and a toddler along with grandparents and the layout of the house was perfect for this. The grandparents stayed in the main part of the house and our family stayed in the ground floor rooms sharing the Jack and Jill bathroom. This worked as the children could sleep while we played games and watched films at night but then the grandparents weren’t disturbed too early in the morning. The views were beautiful from main my different parts of the house. The house was equips with pretty much everything we needed and more - games room and a huge DVD collection. It even has a swing for the little ones. The dogs were happy too but with their exploring nature we didn’t let them off the lead to explore as there was a family of sheep enjoying the garden. We were so pleased and felt lucky to have found such a well finished place for a very reasonable price. We hope to come back soon.

Thanks so much for the feedback, it means a lot to us, and to our wonderful housekeeper Helen. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon. Jack the black sheep says he was delighted to see you too! Property Owner

  • "We had a wonderful week at Cerrig, a group of 7 including two children under 4."

The house is beautiful and the views from the property are incredible. The bird song outside never stops and a huge variety of birds can be seen from the terrace. It is a great base for a week away, with beaches, mountains, waterfalls and lovely villages all very close. The drive to all these places is great too, really beautiful countryside all around. We will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for your feedback, it means a lot to Emma and I (and our wonderful Helen the housekeeper) that you had a nice time. Thanks also for accommodating our unexpected guests, the swifts in their nest above the front door! We will be delighted to see you again. Property Owner
