  • "Great location 10 mins leisurely walk into town, few minutes walk from beach."

The hot tub is brilliant, there was a welcome pack which was really nice. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom needs a bit of work, however it was very clean so wasn't a real issue. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and was pleasantly surprised at how nice Prestatyn is. Tip if you are looking for somewhere to have breakfast walk past the pub by the station and also Wetherspoons ..then on the opp side you will find Kim's kitchen breakfast was gorgeous. There is a pub/ restaurant on the top of the mountain called Eagle & Child that was really nice lovely food ...luckily we took advice and didn't drive -we got a cab (that was one extremely steep drive..its not for the faint hearted )

  • "Spotlessly clean, very comfortable."

Bath needs attention and some instructions on how to use the hob would help. Really pleased with the house overall, would definitely stay again.

  • "Myself and and friend recently stayed at the Beach Walk house."

Our stay here was lovely it was the perfect size for the two of us. Snacks on arrival and the hot tub was prepared and ready for us to use straight away, fab little touches. The location of the house is great only a short walk to the beach and into the town centre to enjoy some of the local pubs. The house was very comfy, all amenities available. The hosts where easily available to ask any questions too and gave us lots of information prior to our visit. Great stay here and would return.

  • "The experience at Beach Walk was fantastic, the cleanliness of the house was pristine and communication before arrival was great letting us know when the house was expected to be ready and even an early update letting us know it was ready to go to early!"

The bathroom was a little dated with a couple of things rusting over and losing some colour, but the overall cleanliness was good. The kitchen amenities were good, including all dishes/pans you'd need, though we did have to improvise as there was no dish towel provided and we didn't think to pack one. Overall though a very good experience, 10 minute walk from the main high street where there are some nice bars and restaurants, with a 5 minute walk to the beach the other way! The hot tub which was the main attraction was fantastic, we initially had worries about the privacy of the hot tub based off of photographs, but once arriving and using it this was not an issue at all and we felt very comfortable and able to relax!

Many thanks for your feedback Luke we are glad you had a nice time Property Owner

  • "Was a lovely stay, in a lovely town!"

Me and my partner had a great time the few nights we stayed, the location is great not too far from some great attractions, and plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants near by. The fact it was dog friendly also allowed us to bring the dog on some beautiful walks like Aber falls and the local beaches.

Dear Mr Daw, we are very pleased you enjoyed yourself and hope you return soon. Many thanks for your feedback Property Owner

  • "The second we walked through the door of the property, it felt like a home away from home."

The decor gave a warm and welcoming feeling and made us feel comfortable straight away. We found the property to be everything we needed for our long weekend away in Wales. It was the perfect base to explore from and after we had a long day walking, we could relax in the super hot tub! The basket of treats was a lovely touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here. Thank you so much for allowing us to have a lovely holiday with our dog! xx

  • "A nice house in a good location but has problems."

On a positive note. The hot tub was great even when we got caught by a heavy shower. The house is comfortable and, on the whole, clean.. The local area has a massive beach. Nice walk to Rhyl. We had to make contact with the owner twice for minor questions and both times had virtually an instant response.Witch was great. On a negative side. House would benefit from an information pack. The cooker glass and house windows were very dirty. Beware there is no freezer as advertised. There is only a fridge. The cooker/hob are so old all the symbols are worn off. The bedroom and bathroom doors do not close by a long way. The kitchen has below average equipment. There is no bar b q or outside seating as advertised. Cleaners obviously dont do a brilliant job as there were a pair of ladies pants left on the floor in the bedroom. Sounds like a lot of faults but all could be easily solved. Lets the place down. Without the£100 discount would not have been worth the money.

We appreciate your constructive feedback and welcome this so we can make adjustments to the property for improvement and better customer experience. We can confirm - An information pack will now be provided as we took away laminated documents due to Covid and instructions were sent via text (this will now be reinstated). The Cooker glass has a stain on it and cannot he removed, this is due to be replaced in October as will the hob. Windows have all been cleaned. The kitchen equipment has - kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, plates/bowls, all cutlery, pots and pans, Fridge. We acknowledge that there is no feeder and this is something we are looking at. The bbq was in the outdoor shed as were folding chairs. The pair of pants which you claim were left in the only bedroom upstairs is bizarre as we make a visual inspection after each change over and they were not seen. Thank you for your feedback.
