  • "Excellent property, spacious, clean, well stocked and all in a glorious location."

  • "We holiday in this area frequently, the location of this cottage was by far the best, it was perfect."

The views are picturesque. The cottage is a short drive to abersoch, Morfa Nefyn etc. Mynydd Rhiw is only a few minutes walk from the cottage which gives amazing views of the peninsula. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are cosy. Unfortunately the towels were fusty and the sofa was very malodorous so we tended not to use the lounge much. Airing the room didn’t help sadly. Very basic supplies typically provided are lacking-matches to light the candles, salt, washing up brush/dishcloth. No recycling bin. All of that said, we would recommend and stay again as the negatives can be easily rectified by the owners (we hope) and the positives are very strong indeed.

  • "Hi excellent property we had a wonderful time."

It had everything I would expect it is and accurate listing. Could you let owners know the wok ring on cooker burning with yellow flame it probably needs a check. This did not affect our enjoyment in any way. Karen Gundry

  • "We received a bill for cleaning a carpet etc."

Of£140. Which is extremely excessive. It could be done a lot cheaper. Very disappointed. Would not stay with this company again.

We appreciate your feedback. We utilised a portion of the Good Housekeeping deposit to address the mess left in different areas of the cottage. Given our tight schedule between changeovers, we had to arrange for immediate cleaning assistance to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for our upcoming guests. We thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope you understand the necessity of this cleaning process. Property Owner

  • "This is a beautiful cottage with much more space that the photographs show or give the impression of."

The facilities are excellent and all extremely comfortable. The cottage is in an excellent area for days out, golf and visits around and about, it is very private, not overlooked and has amazing outside space which I can imagine in summer is outstanding. The only improvements I would suggest are pans for cooking, they were very limited and for us who choose to cook whilst away proved a little challenging. Also just cleanliness, near perfect apart from under sofa's when we had to retrieve a dog toy, would recommend perhaps a look at. Other than this I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to couples, and I guess families alike, amazing!

  • "An enjoyable week."

Property is as described. We knew there was a downstairs shower (only a shower mixer tap upstairs but due to head height in main bathroom, it's not usable as a shower) but the reality of dashing through the kitchen wrapped in a towel was a phaff and wouldn't be ideal unless a family unit is staying. Would be helpful to have had some hand towels for the bathrooms. We had 1 bath towel per guest: would've been good to have smaller towels for the wash-hand basins. Kitchen is well stocked iro crockery and bakeware. Lovely location within easy reach of beaches. Peaceful and beautiful garden with lots of interest. The compromise is the quality of WiFi for streaming services but this isn't unusual for this particular location

I the owners have thought of everything. What can we say about the garden, the view was, well there is no words.. waking up with a tea and staring for hours listening to the wildlife around you.
