“Our holiday was delayed by covid restictions - Sykes dealt with this well, and we were able to re-book for September.”

We stayed at Bryn the previous year so knew what to expect - and I think that repeat bookings are always a sign of happy customers :) The house was very clean and tidy as previously. The best thing about Bryn is the space - we were a party of 6 adults - and at no point did the house feel squashed. There truly is room for everyone, cars, dogs, canoes, paddleboards.......... The photos do not do it justice Bathrooms are also huge and fabulous! Hot water did not fail us. The drying room (aka the conservatory) is a fantastic idea. One small point- the wifi/4g is slow - this didn't bother us but if you were trying to pick up work emails/kids gaming (if it rains) then it might be. However, I think its probably very similar everywhere in this locality - not a fault of the accommodation. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful, not overlooked at all but easy enough to get to towns for food etc. And right in the middle of the beaches - easily a different one a day! Will definitely book again!
