  • “We loved this place.”

It is wonderfully located to get out and about around North Wales. The sea views of Colwyn Bay are glorious. This apartment is much more spacious than the pictures show and is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The dedicated parking space is a real bonus. We found a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some Welsh cakes on arrival and we received a text from the owner wishing us a great stay. We thought that this was a lovely gesture. The property

Set in a picturesque location overlooking the stunning Colwyn Bay/Rhos-on-Sea waterfront is this welcoming second-floor luxury duplex apartment, a well-presented property newly built and furnished, and walking distance from the beach and local amenities.

Beach House is ideal for family, friends, or couples to escape to the North Welsh seaside or as a base for other nearby attractions.

Set over the top two floors of the building and featuring a balcony, this apartment is entered via the second floor and offers a stylish and charming blend of cutting-edge modern features and eclectic vintage art deco.

You’ll find the large open-plan living space perfect for being sociable or for peaceful relaxation.

Here you can gather with your loved ones over a delicious meal prepared from the well-equipped kitchen as you toast to a wonderful holiday on the dining table, or you can simply relax with a drink on the sofas, or enjoy gazing at the sea.

Or maybe prepare a tasty snack in the kitchen, checking out the sea views, then perhaps curl up for a film night, snuggling on the plush high-end sofas as you get lost in a movie, stretching your legs between films to take in the peaceful seafront?

As the evening grows darker, make your way to the upper floor to the bedrooms also offering an arty yet modern feeling, and with ample storage.

You’ll discover a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite walk-in shower room, and why not enjoy a drink on the quaint balcony overlooking the promenade and beach?

Or maybe coffee there next morning?

You’ll also find a good-sized and similarly comfortable twin bedroom, with a great view of the beach and the shops of Rhos-on-Sea.

Choose to soak in a hot bubble bath in the crisp bathroom, a sleek base where you can forget about your troubles with a glass of wine in hand.

Soak up the surroundings of Colwyn Bay / Rhos-on-Sea, a charming seaside location which boasts a welcoming feel, home to a selection of shops, pubs, a farmers' market, and waterside dining, as well as long, wide, and sandy beaches and a great promenade to spend a summer's day.

Enjoy coffee in the apartment, or the nearest cafés are only a very short walk away.

Local attractions include the Welsh Mountain Zoo, The Dingle Nature Reserve, Eirias Park, and the chance to try thrilling watersports activities on the seafront, not to mention historic interest such as St Trillo’s Chapel and Spring on a location first occupied by and named for a 6th Century monk.

Venture out to Llandudno for a traditional day at the seaside, discovering classic fish and chips, Punch and Judy shows, as well as the amazing Sky and Snowboard Centre, the unique Llandudno Chocolate Experience, and the Happy Valley Botanical Gardens.

Immerse yourself in culture at the market town of Conwy, brushing up on history at Conwy Castle, The Smallest House in Great Britain, Plas Mawr, and National Trust's Aberconwy House, whilst the Snowdonia National Park lies further afield for outdoor adventurers, ramblers and activity lovers.
