Lots of space and rooms to relax. Short walk to a lovely beach and shops. Welcome pack, bread, milk, welsh cakes and fresh roses. Our party was 5 adults and 2 young children. Would definitely go back ☺️ Thank you for a great family holiday.

The property

On the outskirts of Rhos-on-Sea you will find this one-of-a-kind luxury cottage filled with an abundance of period features, combined together to create the perfect family retreat.

Spacious and inviting, you can make yourself right at home, starting with a collection of wonderful seating areas to choose from including a cosy snug with an open fire, and a lounge enhanced by a woodburning stove.

The kitchen is a lovely place to prepare those morning refreshments, before sitting down to enjoy a warm cup of tea in the beautiful breakfast room amongst the company of your loved ones.

In the evening hours, the dining room is an exceptional base for more well-earned family time, housing a magnificent oak table and a collection of windows which invite natural light inside.

The ground floor is also home to a single bedroom, complimented by a Velux window and freestanding wardrobe.

Upstairs, take a second to admire the views of the village from the picture window, before choosing from one of the four well-coordinated bedrooms.

Designed to a heart-warming standard with a neutral finish, every room is just as welcoming as the next.

A family bathroom remains attuned to the essence of quality, with both a bath and a shower on hand, whilst the beautiful wet room is convenient after a day of exploring.

Bryn Cottage is just a short drive from the A55, which gives easy access to the rest of the North Wales.

Situated in the shadow of the towering Bryn Euryn, with Penrhyn Bay to the west and Colwyn Bay to the east, this location promises a wonderful stay all-year-round.

Take a relaxed stroll along the promenade, taking in the beautiful surroundings overlooking the Irish Sea or spend a day on the beach at Colwyn Bay, enjoying the series of water sports available at Port Eirias.
