The property

This lovely ground-floor apartment, Coniston, is situated just five-hundred metres from the coast in the bustling resort of Rhos-on-Sea in North Wales.

Well-suited for a couple looking to break away from their hectic daily lives, this apartment offers a welcoming base for a seaside break, any time of year.

The lounge includes a two seat settee and armchair positioned in front of a Smart TV and electric fire, perfect for a cosy film night after a day of touring the coast.

Walk on through into the kitchen to find a well-equipped selection of appliances and a dining table, offering a place to enjoy a home-cooked meal, but if you don’t feel cooking, a short walk will bring you to a selection of charming cafés, a traditional Italian restaurant, the local pub and a fish & chip shop.

Catch up on your sleep in the bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and ample storage for your personal items, while across the hall is a shower room, tiled in an all-white overtone and housing a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

In the evening, reward yourself with a glass of wine in the courtyard, or during the warmer months, make this a spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Just two miles away is Colwyn Bay where you can stroll along the promenade or down the beach and take in the fresh air, or travel just a little further to Llandudno and find a wealth of seaside attractions and the Great Orme, which can be reached by tram or drive halfway up and walk the rest!

If you fancy a bit more outdoor adventure, then the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach and provides countless walks and climbs, along with some quality attractions such as Zip World in Llanberis and Bounce Below in Blaenau Ffestiniog.

Make your getaway as exciting or relaxing as you like at Coniston.
