The property

On a tranquil street on the coast of North Wales, Sandpiper rests in the seaside resort village of Rhos-on-Sea, being a first-floor apartment it enjoys views of the Little Orme in the distance and is just a short walk to amenities.

Suitable for a small family or a group of friends, this can be your home by the sea for the duration of your stay not far from the beach and within easy driving distance of many North Wales attractions.

Enter the apartment through your own front door and private internal staircase, coming to the landing and moving into the front room where you can find plush seating for five, a TV and a dining table, make this area your social hub where you can spend evenings watching your favourite films and shows, or gather around the table for a classic board game.

The kitchen lies at the other end of the apartment, hosting the essential appliances such as an electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher, you will can happily serve up some delicious food in this well-sized space.

There are three resting spots to choose from when you begin to tire, including a double room benefiting from its own en-suite shower room, a twin room and a convenient single room, ideal for the little one of the group.

All decorated with bright and pleasant decor, as well as having plenty of storage for your personal items, you can look forward to settling down in the evening in these rooms.

The property is served by a bathroom boasting a bath with shower over, basin and WC, so you can take a quick shower in the morning, and later indulge in a longer soak in the tub.

Just a short walk down the road will bring you to the sea-front, where you can take a stroll along the promenade on a brisk autumn day, or get straight onto the sandy, shingle beach when the sun is shining in mid-summer.

With amenities including cafés, shops and pubs close by you can enjoy some lovely food at lunch time before heading straight back to carry on sun-bathing or making sandcastles with the little ones.

Over in the quaint harbour, you can hop on one of the boats for a sea-fishing trip, with most running every day you can deght in a favourite past-time of angling, while taking in the amazing views of the headlands from the waters.

For walkers, head out to Bryn Euryn, a tree covered limestone hill overlooking Rhos-on-Sea, boasting magnificent views of the Conwy Valley and hills of Snowdonia to the west.
