“We were not told that the bathroom was on the ground floor .”

Had we been told we would definitely not have made the booking. Cleaning was only superficial. The cottage was not at all welcoming. We have been to many cottages in the past and this one was the worst by a country mile. Village and surrounding area beautiful as always-even the weather was kind to us. Beds awful. Dining facilities were farcical ! ! !

Thank you for taking the time to fill in our feedback form. The owner was most surprised to hear your comments especially as he was on hand to address any issue you may have had during your time there had you made him aware of them. It is a period property with the bathroom on the ground floor which is typical of a cottage of this age. Swan Cottage usually has very good feedback from its guest advising how warm and cosy it is and how it is a home from home for our guest with thoughtful finishing touches such as maps, books and games for the visiting children, we are sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. The comfort of beds are always subjective, we are sorry that it wasn't to your suiting on this occasion. The surrounding area is beautiful and we are glad that you enjoyed the views and that the weather was kind to you, North Wales is glorious when the sun is shining. - Sykes owner relations
