7 Ty’n Don is an duplex apartment resting on the coast on the outskirts of Llanengan near Abersoch, North Wales.

Nestled in a desirable position next to Hells Mouth Beach and enjoying access to shared, on-site facilities, 7 Ty’n Don is a lovely setting for a family of four’s break in the Llŷn Peninsula.

After leaving your vehicle in one of the two spaces available in the communal car park, venture inside and up the stairs to be welcomed by an open-plan living space, where an electric fire warms the room, to make you feel at home.

Cosy up to the TV with your group as you savour a refreshing glass of wine.

When you’re feeling peckish, move through the space to find the kitchen, a spot that has been fitted with all you need for your self-catering needs, including a handy microwave and fridge.

After the chef of the group has fixed up a delicious dinner, enjoy it at the close-by dining table, where you can catch up on all the exciting activities you’ve been getting up to along the coast.

As the evening comes to an end, head downstairs to find two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one being a double containing its own basin, along with a triple bunk room that is perfect for the little ones.

The bedrooms share access to a shower room, where you can soak up after a day packed with walking or cycling throughout the Llŷn Peninsula.

The apartment enjoys access to a shared garden, where you can mingle with other guests on the lawn as you take in the sea breeze.

The site provides you with a laundrette and hosepipe in the neighbouring field, along with ample facilities to keep the kids busy, from badminton to a games room.

A leisurely stroll will bring you to Hells Mouth Beach, where you can look on as the kid’s paddle in the waters, before stopping for lunch at The Sun Inn at Llanengan, where you can savour seasonal game and fish; why not embark on the Llŷn Coastal Path from the beach, and trek to the National Trust Property of Plas yn Rhiw?

Abersoch lies less than three miles away and is home to your amenities in one setting including two amply-equipped convenience stores and a range of eateries serving up a large variety of dishes to suit anyone’s taste; the village is also served by two beautiful beaches, sailing activities and the Abersoch Golf Club.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
