  • "Had a fabulous holiday at Puffin Lookout."

Lovely & clean caravan, with lots of added extras to help you enjoy your stay. Very comfortable beds and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The Caravan is a credit to the owners. The Park was immaculate with stunning views out to Puffin Island & Anglesey. The hills surrounding the Park were stunning too. An ideal base to explore the many towns to the west & east within a short drive away. Would definitely come back. Ged, Yvonne, Doreen & Holly the Dog

  • "This is an absolutely lovely mobile it is brand new and spotless ."

It is very well equipped ,the owner has provided so much, if you think of it it will be in there including some food even for the dog ,i have to say we were blown away with the generosity it puts this accommodation above all we have been to . As for the site ,its equally well maintained and geographically in a good area but i would have to say for us there were some issues one is the parking as you don’t have a designated space so residents or their visitors or other holiday makers can park anywhere which means if you go out and have a lovely day you can come back to stress of not being able to park and that included both carparks one at the top and the bottom and the bays also the road is single traffic only and cars are regularly using it so people are quite rude if your trying to navigate as its two way also because this mobile doesn’t have its own parking it means every parking space is on a steep hill in fact the whole site is on a steep hill which isn’t ideal . Sorry to the owner for bringing this up but it very nearly ruined the stay for us and entirely out of your control unless of course you create a drive .one other thing to mention is there is a little fast moving stream right outside the main bedroom and as your walls are only an inch thick you hear this constantly in fact when you wake up you cant tell if is raining or not till you get up .if your a light sleeper it could be an issue .the beds are extremely soft for us could be an issue for older people getting in and out or bad backs but thats not a fault just my opinion they were very comfortable non the less. Note to owner ;The extraction fan in first bathroom is incredibly noisy and needs looking at . All in all i hate to leave any negatives but im just being as honest as i can ,to be fair on other people looking for details.i have still given this 10/10 on the auto review as the owner has put a lot of time and effort to the highest degree and it truly shows and thanks for our stay .

Caravan park is immaculate. The bar on site is lovely with games room for kids only thing to change would possibly be more entertainment throughout week rather than just Saturday and a small area inside that allows dogs. Perfect base for exploring surrounding area

All the very thoughtful extras provided were an added bonus, the welcome gift was a lovely surprise and our dog loved the bed provided for him so much that we’ve had to get him one since we got home! Thank you so much for the perfect base for exploring Snowdonia & North Wales, and somewhere warm and cosy to hole up in when the weather inevitably took a very wet turn for the worse!

All the essentials were provided. Flowers, wine, cheese and dog treats were a nice surprise. Just to make the owner aware, when we used the toaster it tripped the electric so we didn’t use it. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely hire this caravan again.

The caravan was very comfortable and there were lots of provisions and extras that guests could use. The owners made contact to check everything was ok. The location for touring North Wales was very central and the site itself was immaculately kept. Wre parked opposite the van all week and there were plenty of areas to walk our small dog. PENMAENMAWR

Conwy 5 miles.

Nestled on the North Wales coast between Llanfairfechan and Conwy, Penmaenmawr is an old quarrying town now adapted into a delightful community stretching along this stunning coastline, yet retaining much of its Victorian architecture, with many local pubs, restaurants and shops, a superb golf course and golden, sandy beaches. Set on the side of the Tal-Y-Fan mountain, many parts of Penmaenmawr and its sister village Dwygyfylchi enjoy stunning views across Conwy Bay to Llandudno, Puffin Island, Anglesey and the Irish Sea, and if you are lucky, dolphins and seals can sometimes been see playing in the bay. A recently opened cycle path leads along the coastal path to Conwy Marina to the East, and Llanfairfechan to the west. Or, head up the Conwy valley through the Sychnant Pass on to the mountain trails that abound there. The sailing club in Penmaenmawr is well established and welcomes day guests, as does the 9 hole golf course, set amongst stunning coastal scenery on the lower slopes of the village.
