The Warren U5 is an inviting, detached chalet resting in the highly rated Warren Holiday Park near Abersoch.

Perfect for a group or family of six, the pastel-blue abode provides guests with up to three off-road parking spaces, open-plan accommodation, and access to the park’s leisure facilities.

After a day at the beach, come back to this home-from-home and be welcomed by an open-plan living space that bathes in light, thanks to its vaulted ceiling with skylights; venture over to the well-presented kitchen, a spot that is well-equipped for your self-catering needs, where you can rustle up a homecooked meal for the whole group to enjoy.

Dinner can be savoured at the spacious breakfast bar or the nearby dining table; be sure to pull out a bottle from the wine chiller to accompany your meal!

Move across the space to find a large l-shaped sofa where you and your family can spend some quality time playing a board game from the selection provided, before settling down to enjoy a movie on the TV with Freeview; switch on the electric fire for some extra warmth.

Progress through the property to come across three wonderful bedrooms, where you can tuck the little ones into the two appealing twin rooms, before freshening up in the master bedroom’s en-suite wet room and enjoying a well-earned rest in the double; the bedrooms benefit from wall-mounted TVs and ample fitted storage.

In the morning, wake yourself up with a rinse in the bathroom’s p-shape bath.

The rear enclosed patio features ample seating for you to stretch out on as you savour a refreshing beverage or wait for the chef of the group to grill a tasty lunch on the barbecue; the patio also features a utility and outdoor washing facilities, for added convenience.

The park is served by a fantastic range of facilities that will suit anyone’s taste, from relaxing in the spa’s steam room and sauna, working out in the Technogym, partaking in the exhilarating activities of watersports and climbing, and so much more; the kids can be entertained also, with a craft room, gaming zone and cinema at their leisure.

The park is situated next to a fabulous beach, where you can spend some time sunbathing whilst the kids splash about in the sea; after a day packed with fun in the sun and sand, treat the family to a meal at the Warren Sandbar.

Abersoch is just moments away and renowned for its fantastic sailing waters, be sure to make the most of them by renting a surfboard or partaking in a sailing lesson with Abersoch Sailing School; after fun in the waters, why not try your hand at putting at the Abersoch Golf Club or enjoy a spot of retail therapy along the high street.

Why not embark on the Llŷn Coastal Path, where you can discover a plethora of beaches surrounding the Llŷn Peninsula, including Machroes Beach with its nearby Tearooms, and Traeth Porth Meudwy, where you can board a boat to Bardsey Island; the path can also take you to the headlands of Llanbedrog and Mynydd Mawr, where ample birdwatching opportunities can be found amidst the panoramic views.

About the location

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
