  • "We had a lovely weekend in the heart of Snowdonia."

The cottage was especially lovely, John goes the extra mile to ensure the cottage has lovely touches for guests. The sceneries were extraordinary, we took a steam train from Porthmadog to Tan-y-Bwlch (Woodland Wonderer) - I would definitely recommend. We also took a trip to Criccieth Beach which our is dog friendly (our Border Collie loved it). All in all, a lovely weekend and I would recommend to others and definitely return. Thank you John :)

  • "Five adults stayed in this cottage and it was a bit of a squeeze."

Location is good for visiting other areas but the little town in which we stayed is run down and no decent places to go.

  • "Cottage was lovely, well located for the coast and Snowdon etc."

Only minor gripe would be the sound bar/TV/DVD were v temperamental which given the cottage is a long way from pubs or facilities and we had a family gave evenings limited options.

  • "Very nice little cottage , in a great location."

Nice walks right outside and plenty to see in the area. Weather was terrible so we couldn’t do the snowdonia rail but it wasn’t too far if we wanted to.

  • "We had a lovely Christmas holiday in this cottage with our two young children."

We loved the thoughtful touches like the Christmas lights and decorations that had been put up inside for our arrival. The cottage had everything that we needed and the owner was very helpful to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The location is very pretty and the cottage is surrounded by mountains with plenty of beautiful walks straight from the front door. Highly recommended for outdoor adventurers who want to return to a little luxury after a day out in Snowdonia!
