  • "All very nice."

Could do with some bins upstairs and the grass cutting. But besides that everything good

  • "Nice clean modern accommodation with in easy reach of tourist attractions."

Large garden which we took full advantage of as the weather was very nice. Large selection of books to read and smart TVs. I would recommend this property and would happily return in the future.

  • "Beautiful house, very comfortable and extremely clean ."

We can improvise so it wasn’t an issue for us but for future guests a few more utensils may be helpful such as a pizza slicer and more racks in the oven. Also more information about how to use things, such as the heating and microwave and essentially the bins. Where we live recycling is just putting everything in one bag so sorting what has to go where and when it’s all collected was a worry but only because we are conscious of making it right for the next guests. However these are not criticisms because we had a wonderful stay and have never slept so much as the beds were so comfy nobody wanted to get up!

  • "Very nice house would have been 5 stars except there was no recycling not the owners fault I believe!"

but to keep putting all the waste in a bag and put in garden waste bin which was pretty full anyway goes against our normal practice and the bin has started to smell it needs sorting--fast otherwise lovely holiday

  • "The house was very comfortable and immaculately clean with high quality, tasteful furnishings."

What let the property down was the lack of bins and the overgrown lawn. We had to cut the grass ourselves before we could let our toddler play outside on it - not what you want to have to do when you arrive after a long journey! The lack of bins , or adequately sized bins, was a problem. The lack of a kitchen bin was particularly problematic, especially after the outside bins were removed on the Wednesday and we could not even put rubbish directly outside. The recycling bins provided were very good though. We would definitely stay again if the bin situation was sorted and the grass cut.

  • "This property was fantastic a real comfortable home away from home."

Really clean, fully equipped and a pleasure to stay in. Can't wait to go back for it's a great house and a brilliant location.

  • "Would’ve given a 3."

5 if it was possible. This is a very nice property in a good location for exploring North Wales, is in good condition (very clean etc.) and has good facilities. However it’s very much let down by missing some basics - no oven shelves, no colander/whisk, minimal crockery/placemats, poor heating instructions - most of which we noticed have been commented on previously but haven’t yet been rectified. Also the garden was slightly overgrown which made it difficult to enjoy the good sized outdoor space. Shame as if a bit more attention was paid to these areas, it would be a near-perfect holiday home.

  • "Nice modern house all it needs is a few of the old fashioned."

bits and piece tea pot jug for measuring colander and measuring jug my wife is diabetic and needs to do home cooking! distance to sea was exaggerated as in a car it was 2miles without a car it was a long way out- bus service one an hour only and a mile walk to pick it up our car packed up and we would have been unable to go out also no information about house only a folder about nothing in particular
