  • "The owners kept in touch with us consistently."

We had a problem with the boiler so contacted the owners and it was dealt with the same day. Very nice and helpful people. Just one thought I forgot to say to them that a handrail in the shower would be useful. Lovely comfortable beds.

  • "Lovely cottage with comfy very large bed."

Excellent wifi and a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge . We loved the dog walk opposite and it was walkable to a couple of pubs and shops . Good location for getting around Snowdonia with the option of a bus route opposite and train in the next village . Adored the lakes especially Crafnant which was only a mile away . Throughly reccomended.

  • "We had a lovely week in the property."

It was exactly as described on the website and was so cosy and warm too! The sofa and bed were extremely comfortable - essential elements we hope for in holiday house and the kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location to explore the area and easy distance to the coast, we visited Conwy, Llandudno and Rhos on Sea. Thank you, we would definitely recommend.

  • "Lovely cottage with such a wonderful idealic central location."

First time staying in the area and wouldn't hesitate to look into trying to book here again, very clean, a home from home which cannot be beaten. Would highly recommend. We happened to have to a power cut due to storm Franklin during our stay and the owner was straight away messaging to see if there was anything we needed to assist our comfort due to the uncertain time frame - fantastic care and we genuinely felt so welcome we cannot wait for a return.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, you really were the perfect guests. We look foward to welcoming you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "We had stayed in this cottage before and when we decided to return to North Wales it was our first choice of accommodation."

Situated on the B5106 half way between Betys-Coed and Conway it is ideally placed to explore the coast and Snowdonia. The village of Trefriw is well served with places to eat, has a post office and a butchers, while the Co-op at Llanryst is only 10 mins drive. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped and in warm weather it remains cool due to it's situation and the thick stone walls. The view across the Conwy valley, despite being more obscured by the treeline, is still a joy to wake up to.

Thank you for your comprehensive feedback, we're so glad you loved the cottage. You were wonderful guests and we look forward to welcoming you back again in the future. Property Owner

  • "Dirty Great Wall at the back of the cottage and there was no radiator heating at all."

Due to the wall, the back of the cottage was cold. Due to no radiators on, it was freezing getting out of the shower.

Thank you for your feedback. The thermostat and boiler are accessible for guests and instructions are provided. The heating is set at an ambient temperature and can be adjusted to suit your requirements. Property Owner
