Normally we have to do cleaning of cutlery/crockery, but not this time. The whole place was spotless. Just be aware it's situated in the countryside, so watch out for oncoming traffic on those roads. The hosts were lovely. I would highly recommend this place. Regards, Andrew

The barn conversion was of the highest quality, and everything inside was of the highest quality. We cannot speak highly enough of it. People may feel it is in the middle of nowhere, but it is within 30-45 minutes of many great walls. We climbed Snowdon, completed the 2 major reservoirs and other great walks. Bryn and Meinir were always there if we have any problems, which luckily we did not have. One thing the cottage lacked - noise!! The sound of silence was superb and we cannot recommend this property or the owners enough.

It was a beautiful place to stay with striking exposed beams, a generous kitchen island to prepare dinner/eat around and a garden to enjoy the sun in! The beds were comfortable, linen and towels provided. It was a spacious cottage for four, set in a quiet area. It is worth noting that the shower head was not attached to the wall/no shower curtain or glass splashback in the main bathroom, but there is a normal shower in the en suite of the room downstairs. There was plenty to do within a 30 min- 1 hour radius and whilst we were there we visited Llandudno, climbed Snowdon, day trip to Anglesey Island, Fairy glen in Betws-y-Coed and went home via Llangollen and the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct. It was a great trip with much hiking/outdoor exploration and a really comfortable cottage to come back too. Owners very friendly too!

The converted barn is clean, spacious and welcoming. Top spec facilities and comfortable furnishings. As a family of four, two adults and two children (4 and 12), there was plenty of space and the kids loved the clear area at the front of the mezzanine to sit and watch tv from! Bryn and Meinir were warm and welcoming, always on hand to ask questions, but certainly not intrusive at all. There is so much to do in the area, that we may have to go back! Would definitely recommend! My only suggestion would be to change the second bed to a ziplock one that could be converted to two singles, but the boys didn't mind sharing that much! Thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

The accommodation itself was immaculate. We had a personal welcome from the owners and a guided tour of the property. Much better than just reading instructions manuals on how to use the equipment. We would definitely recommend this place (all for publication) Not for publication, but feedback to owners as they were not on site for most of the week and not there when we left - as a disabled person I managed the accommodation reasonably well, but it would have been useful and safer to have had grab rails in the shower.
