Step into the large porch, kick off your shoes and enter this wonderful property. A spacious living room with a large sofa and armchair facing the TV. This leads into the kitchen with its modern fixtures and fittings, the pristine white units and wooden worktops, as well as a breakfast bar and a small TV so you don't miss your favourite shows while finishing your breakfast. From the kitchen is the conservatory with extra seating, an electric fireplace and a large TV. There is also a dining area with seating for up to four people, perfect for a romantic meal for two with a glass of champagne. There is a modern ground floor bathroom with a bath and shower over, perfect for long and relaxing soaks. Located in the same room are the stairs leading up to the double bedroom which has a feature fireplace and a TV, as well as plenty of storage space. There is off-road parking for one car, as well as plenty of roadside parking available, should it be needed. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden with a pond and lockable bike storage. Prestatyn offers miles of great beaches. it is the perfect base for walkers, golfers and cyclists with dedicated cycle routes leading along the beautiful coastline, the town also hosts the beginning of the charming Offa's Dyke Pathway. Conwy has a number of tourist attractions including Conwy Castle, a medieval 13th-century preserved castle which was built between 1283 and 1289. Plas Mawr is an Elizabethan house built in 1576 by the Wynn family, which has been extensively refurbished to its 16th-century appearance and is now in the care of Cadw and open to the public. Also nearby is Aberconwy House, a medieval merchant's house and one of the oldest dateable houses in Wales. Constructed in the 15th century it is, along with Plas Mawr, one of the two surviving merchant's houses within the town. Venture towards Conwy RSPB, a nature reserve of the Royal Society for the protection of birds. It cover 47 hectares and protects a variety of habitats including grassland, scrubland, reedbeds, salt marshes and mudflats. It makes for wonderful sightseeing opportunities.
