The property

Langhill is an attached, two-storey holiday home on the southeast edge of the Howardian Hills AONB and just a stone's throw from the market town of Malton, North Yorkshire.

The property offers welcoming accommodation for up to nine guests, and comes within reach of some of Yorkshire's finest attractions, making it a superb choice for the base of your next break with family and friends.

On the sunny days, you will look forward to letting your hair down in the superb rear garden; the lawn area is beautifully kept while the gravelled seating area is a tranquil place to enjoy a refreshing drink or two.

The stunning market town of Malton is just four miles away and is an excellent place to base your break, lined with streets of pretty buildings which house a variety of high-quality restaurants, shops, cafés and more to explore.

Keen walkers can trek into the Howardian Hills which rest wonderfully close by, while the North York Moors National Park is further afield, yet more than worth the trip for its magnificent scenery.

Fascinating Pickering is also worth a look, as are the fabulous coastal resorts of Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington, not to mention the enchanting city of York being just 18 miles away.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
