It is remote enough so that you can only hear the wildlife, but still close enough to the amenities so that you are not totally isolated. The instructions to find the cottage are detailed and easy to understand so there is no chance of getting lost. Inside it is immaculately clean, warm and welcoming and the cake and Prosecco were a fantastic surprise. It's worth booking just for the cake. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for your stay and the decor follows a fish/countryside theme throughout. Avril has obviously spent a lot of time finding the various items that adorn the cottage.
