Can't praise the owner and the property enough...really enjoyed our time here. Communication was excellent before and during the stay...our sat nav took us to the door and the instructions about how to enter the property were clear. We took one car but there is room for two on the drive way. The owners had left us milk, bread, coffee, cookies, jam and prosecco! On the table were fresh flowers - stunning. The house was clean and fresh smelling throughout...well done cleaner...great job. There are four bedrooms...1. Master bedroom with ensuite (Super king size bed). 2. Another large bed...guessing at a queen size!. 3. Two single beds 4. Bunk bed. There were plenty of bedding, pillows, towels etc. What was reassuring during these covid-19 times was the method/procedure to keep all of this clean and safe. The kitchen came well equipped...no lack of utencils, pots, pans etc. Large dining room table and an American style fridge...all very modern. The living room had a number of sofas and a large TV with BT Vision (?). Broadband reception was good throughout the house. Garden at the back is grassed but sparse...I wouldn't have it any other way. Two wooden tables with chairs which we used for picnic meals. Hot tub was easy to operate and fab fab fab! You can probably tell by my review...I liked it! Would recommend to all. I booked it via Sykes cottages web site. Whilst we were there we drove to the following beaches Scarborough, Bridlington x 2, Hornsea x 3 (Bridlington was our fav!). Hornsea Town is a short drive away...lots of take aways, co-op and a large Tesco...all easy to find. The property i
